The thesis deals with the functioning of depositories in the enviroment of the Czech market from the perspective of legislative and practical. The introduction is devoted to directives that make up a harmonized legal framework and the Czech legislativ, which specifically prescribes behaving of depositories. The main part is devoted to the depositary functions, such as operating in the Czech market conditions. This part of work is focused not only on the distribution of the depositary market, but also on the collected amount of the fees, the efficiency of regulation in the real market enviroment and in the importace of depositories in the Czech market. The final section is devoted to the findings, including the final assessment of the depositaries. As a first of its kind, this thesis gives a comprehensive view of activity of depositories and their importace for the Czech market, as the depositaries represent entities that control whether funds act in accordance with the legislation. Depository oversees as to prevent fraud and to qualified investors or collective investment contributed to the further development of the capital market, which is necessary for the further development of all economic sectors.

History of vegetational development in the Cheb basin from sedimentary record of the SOOS National Nature Reserve

Vegetation development in the Cheb basin ( W Czech Republic) recorded in the sediments of the SOOS ational ature Reserve This thesis focuses on palaeoecological research of quaternary sediments in the Soos National Nature Reserve (Cheb basin, NW Czech Republic). Quaternary history of this locality is poorly known, despite it is a valuable and protected area with high natural qualities. The Soos basin is also known for its unique geological record, which is expected to cover information on landscape dynamics at least during the Holocene. A lake existed in the Soos basin enabling accumulation of diatomite and peat sediments of a broad palaeoecological potential. Records were analysed with method of pollen analysis and were dated using 14C. The results of this study bring information about vegetation development in the area of Cheb basin as well as development of lake ecosystem. It also gives a new insight on lake's origin and its age. The accumulation of peat sediments started in the Preboreal period and was continuous at least until the Atlantic following with a hiatus, therefore further detection of vegetation development is impossible. Key sequence in the films of directors who work with long sequence shots and with stylization

This thesis wants to explore long shots alongside with stylization in cinema.
Through three directors are explored possibility and problematic of cinematographic expression through long shots and stylization. Stylisation is connected mainly with mis-en-scène and particular aspects of it – acting, film decoration/props, film space, film sound,...
The terms stylisation and long shot (plan-séquence) are analysed and explored on its own and in the films of the chosen directors.
The main analysed directors are Andrei Tarkovsky, Carl Th. Dreyer and Béla Tarr and their three films (in the same order) - Sacrifice, Gertrud and Satantango.
The chosen directors are from my point of view the best example of the use of stylisation and long shots due to their artistic clarity and coherence.
I try to base this work mostly on my own analysis and thoughts about long shots and stylisation based on the literature, films and my own film works, although I also use quotations from directors/authors and quotations from theoretical works.
The thesis in its form is closest to the analytic and essay study.

These include the military sector and the military, because improper use of weapon systems or their conscious abuse is considered a very serious threat. In terms of civilian operations are mainly operating nuclear power plants, chemical plants, air transport, but also health, where great emphasis is placed on reliability (and accuracy) of man.

One-Sided Random Context Grammars

Tato disertační práce zavádí jednostranné gramatiky s nahodilým kontextem jako řízené gramatiky založené na bezkontextových gramatikách. V těchto gramatikách je ke každému pravidlu přiřazena množina povolujících symbolů a množina zakazujících symbolů a množina pravidel je rozdělena na množinu levých pravidel s nahodilým kontextem a množinu pravých pravidel s nahodilým kontextem . Levým pravidlem s nahodilým kontextem lze přepsat neterminál pokud se všechny povolující symboly vyskytují vlevo od přepisovaného neterminálu a žádný zakazující symbol tam přítomen není. Pravé pravidlo s nahodilým kontextem lze aplikovat analogicky, ale ona kontrola na přítomnost a nepřítomnost symbolů je provedena doprava od přepisovaného neterminálu. Práce je rozdělena na tři části. První část uvádí motivaci za zavedením jednostranných gramatik s nahodilým kontextem a umisťuje materiál pokrytý v této práci do vědeckého kontextu. Poté dává přehled základů teorie formálních jazyků a některých méně známých oblastí, jejichž znalost je nutná pro pochopení studovaného tématu. Druhá část tvoří jádro práce. Formálně definuje jednostranné gramatiky s nahodilým kontextem a studuje je z mnoha pohledů. Mezi studovaná témata patří generativní síla, vztah k jiným typům gramatik, redukce, normální formy, nejlevější derivace, zobecněné a LL verze těchto gramatiky. Třetí část této práce zakončuje diskusi několika poznámkami. Mezi ně patří poznámky týkající se aplikovatelnosti zavedených gramatik v praxi, bibliografie a otevřených problémů.

The impact of reconversion on the value of a former church building in South Moravia

The diploma thesis deals with specific case of valuation of the former vicarage in the village Přítluky in South Moravia. The basic idea is to evaluate the imact of change in the purpose of use associated with building reconstruction, from view of market approach and also valid valuation laws. First part deals with theoretical basis as valuation terms, laws and approaches. Next chapter describes specific situation of the site and the building and in the last part is described and justified own valuation methods. Results are analyzed at the end.

Personal income taxation from employment, self-employment and rental income in 2014

The aim of my diploma thesis is to analyze the principles of personal income taxation including social contributions and health insurance. Overall personal income tax is composed of five different partial tax bases. The first partial tax base consists of income from employment, the second one is self employed income, the third is income from rental property, the fourth is income from capital and the last is "other income". This thesis will deal with the first four partial tax bases. In the theoretical section I have described the most important concepts of personal income tax structure, social contribution and health insurance. The practical part is divided into four chapters according to partial tax base. I have chosen six different amounts from 100 000 CZK to 5 000 000 CZK which were used for tax calculation. The main goal is to compare partial tax bases of personal income tax in 2014.

Cultural Centres

This thesis is concentrated on cultural centres built between years 1960 and 1990 in the former socialist Czechoslovakia. Six cultural centres have been chosen and analyzed to conclude the purposes they serve as well as the programs they offer. These chosen cultural centres are run as municipal organisations financed from the town budgets. The six towns where they are located are similar to each other in terms of their history, size and the time when their cultural centres were built. All of these centres share difficulties with the lack of cultural interest of local citizens, bad technical shape of the buildings in question and low budget.
The aim of this thesis is to compare the functioning of these six cultural centres and conclude whether being directly funded and influenced by the municipal councils has a positive impact and should serve as a model for cultural centres or should be replaced by a different one. It also focuses on cooperation between the management of cultural centres and municipal officials, cooperation with other local cultural institutions and cultural centres from different towns.

Basic product and sales formats of tea. Tearooms

This bachelor thesis is oriented primarily on tea and the popularity among its consumers, and also on popularity of the "phenomenon" tearooms in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part of thesis deals with Camellia sinensis, the plant of which is tea produced. The attention is paid to the cultivation of tea as well as on the treatment of tea, the distribution of tea and the trade with tea. Finally, it is also mentioned the distribution of tea according to Czech legislative requirements. The practical part is divided into three parts. The first one is analysis of products and sales formats of tea on Czech market, it means in which forms and where can consumers tea buy (for example in retail network, in pharmacy, in health food store etc.). The second part presents a questionnaire survey, which focuses on consumer preferences in tea consumption and their popularity of tearooms, in order to find out which retail formats of tea are the most popular among the consumers. The third part is based on interview with Mr. Aleš Juřina, the CEO of company Spolek milců čaje, s.r.o., which operates franchise network of tearooms in the Czech Republic, in Slovakia, in Hungary and in the USA.

Human and social capital in primary education

The thesis contains a theoretical insight into the studies that the issue of human and social capital involved from different perspectives, engage their evolution over time, their measurability, examine them, and complemented with other evidence. This part contains relation of human and social capital in relation to the aging of the human population and focuses on the human capital of older workers. Theoretical study ends with an insight into the basic education, the role of teacher and seeks to provide information on surveys already conducted in the area of education, which in the application of serve for me compared to the data obtained from the survey. The application part is focused on the teaching staff of primary schools. Education in currently globalized world, changing not only its content but also methods and forms of work. Irreplaceable role in this process is played by educators. To meet all the demands placed on them, it is essential that they pay close attention to their continuing education and sharing of acquired education, which is essential to the growth of human and social capital, because they are interacting. The work examines selected sample of teachers and approaches to this issue by detecting what is education motivates them whether they are satisfied with the benefits of educational events, what type of education they prefer etc. Working findings further analyzes looking for relationships between age and sex educators according to the hypotheses . Educator is someone who is in constant contact with other people. This of course also formalizes its attitudes and experiences. As a human being perceives the views of society and shapes on her own views, which it subsequently may influence the exercise of his profession. Therefore, in this part of the thesis is dedicated to exploring and bridging social capital, which determines the size of the circle of people with whom the teachers generally meet and interact. The last research that is possible to find thesis, it is perceptions of social status of teachers by themselves.
