Apartment house

The aim of the Bachelor thesis is elaboration of a design documentation for execution of an apartment house. It is a building with four above-ground floors and one under-ground floor. There are 7 apartments with a cafe for public, in the under-ground floor there are common premises of the house equipment. Part of the under-ground floor are also garages, where a parking platforms are located. Parking platforms provide a parking space for 7 cars. A part of roof above garages also serves as a winter garden for the cafe located in the ground floor. The roof above the top floor is designed as a flat, one-layer. The building is designed from a HELUZ system and the external wall and the floor structure of garage are designed from permanent formwork.
Detached house in Jemnice

The bachelor´s thesis deals with the design of a detached house in Jemnice. The new building is designed as a three-storey house with two above-ground and one underground floors. The entrance to the house is oriented to the east side. In this part there is a staircase with a stairway and a passage to the corridor, from where romms are accessible on the southeast and southwest side and hygienic facilities on the northwest side. The living rooms have a terrace with a swimming pool. In the basement there is a technical room, a storage room and a gym with a toilet and a shower. On the 2nd floor, the children's rooms are oriented to the southwest side, the bedroom is on the southeastern side and the sanitary facilities are on the northwest side. The vertical structures are made of ceramic blocks HELUZ. The ceilings are composed of HELUZ panels, one the panels there are the floors and roofs. The roofs have a slope of 1.66%.
Family house with an establishment

Bachelor thesis deals with the creation of documentation for construction of family house with business section. The business section is designed for funeral service. This thesis is divided for the text part and drawings part. In the text part are the accompanying technical report, report building physics, fire protection report and essay about winter gardens. In the drawings part are drawings needed for building construction.
Gallery Access House Wolkerka

The bachelor's thesis deals with project documentation for the new construction of a gallery access house Wolkerka. The proposed building is located near the historic center of city Olomouc in the former industrial zone, which has been transforming into a residential zone in recent years, thanks to many projects that are being developed in the area. In the vicinity there is a large park, which stretches around the medieval walls, that define the historic city center. The building is a four-storey building with the first floor serving as a background for residents and is equipped with a cellar for each of the apartments, a cleaning room and a technical room. On the remaining floors there are apartments, a total of 7, with layouts 1 + kk, 2 + kk and 3 + kk, which are oriented to the south by large sliding windows. In front of these windows, each of the apartments on the first and second floor is equipped with an unheated winter garden, which in the summer months allows for a complete opening and connection to the exterior. The top floor is recessed and there is only one apartment on it, which is equipped with a terrace, that is designed as a green roof, which simulates a garden in height. The roof, like the terrace, is designed as a green roof. All floors are connected by a staircase, which is part of the gallery on the columns. Under the winter gardens of the first floor there are 5 covered parking spaces. The house is based on reinforced concrete foundation strips. The vertical construction system consists of Porotherm T50 profi ceramic blocks, which are filled with mineral wool. Horizontal structures are monolithic reinforced concrete.
Civic amenities building

The first part of this diploma thesis is to design an energy-efficient hotel with restaurant and car parking. The second part is also to create an assessment of the energy performance of the building and usage of energy from renewable sources. Hotel is designed with the idea of „smart buildings“ which means, that all the technological background is controlled by the main computer, which also harvests data to achieve a minimum energy use and financial demand and maximum comfort and safety at the same time by controlling the connected technology. By placing on a sloped terrain in the center of Brno, the basement floor can be used as car parking. The roof of this building is flat, green, with modifications for placing solar panels, whose design is part of this work. The third part of this diploma thesis is the spatial acoustics of the conference room on the first ground floor.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the design of a new-built apartment building in Hrabišin. The form corresponds to the project documentation for the building permit. It is a two-storey, partially basement building with a flat roof based on the base passages. On the above-ground floors, 5 residential units are designed for 14 people. The parking is solved beside the apartment building on the paved area plus 5 garage parking spaces. The construction system is bricked two-way from the brick walls of Porotherm, except for the perimeter basement walls, which are lined with concrete fittings (lost formwork). The ceiling structure is made of ceramic concrete ceiling beams POT and MIAKO inserts. Energy efficient terraced house

The main aim of the thesis was to create design documentation, energyefficient terraced house in the village of Moravian Knínice. The proposed building will be located in the vacant space between buildings. Layout of the building is limited by the size of building lots located in hillside surrounding buildings, and orientation to the cardinal. The thesis deals with the layout, building and construction, buildings, so that it effectively uses renewable energy and efficiently work with them.
Cattle farm Helvikovice

Bachelor‘s thesis deals with the renewal and extension of the main building complex in Lower Court Helvíkovice in the Pardubice region. The aim of this work is to find the appropriate architectural and urban design, which would meet the requirements for new functional use of the original building to agricultural use. It is a secluded farm, which is engaged in breeding bulls. There are more buildings, but part of the thesis is to develop the main building, which serves as the public. The exact current status is unknown, only the design documentation of reconstruction of the embrace from which partially come out. This object is an elongated shape, which I extended because of the insertion of stairs to the attic, and this extension continues further winter garden of round wood glued trusses. In order to alleviate the length of the building, I used vertical strips of wood paneling on the facade. The newly designed building, which is located in close proximity to the road, invites the public to visit, as part of the building is also a shop with fresh bull meat. Also sitting in the conservatory, overlooking the whole area and the possibility of snacks. Who would want to stay longer has the opportunity to book one of the five apartments that are located in the attic of the building. Another part of the building is used for cutting meat, with all its requirements. The last part of the building is left as a dwelling for the owner of the farm.
