Modular Conveyor

This master thesis deals with a structural design of the modular roller conveyor which is part of the flexible assembly line of automotive seats. The work includes design and functional solution for a driven roller track. Present structural design of roller conveyors is summarized in the first part of the work.
Driven roller conveyor

This bachelor thesis deals with the computational and structural design driven horizontal roller conveyor with a length of 100 meters, for transporting plastic material on plastic pallets or in plastic pallets boxes with a maximum load weight 200 kilograms, in the context of internal factory transport. Part of this thesis is functional calculation for the roller conveyor, identifying the main dimensions of the roller conveyor, strength calculations of the casing and the shaft driven roller and implementation of the proposal and check the frame of the conveyor. The appendices contained drawings for the horizontal driven roller conveyor.
Manipulator of pack

This work is about construcion of a manipulator to be used in paper manufacturing. The manipulator is desinged to turn a package of cellulose placed on a roller conveyor. Turning of the package is necessary for unwrapping and cleaness control of cellulose. Design was made based on analytical calculation and was verified using computer simulation. Pneumatic valves and an electric motor were utilized in the manipulator. The manipulator operates automatically.
Autonomous vehicle for a material flow

The focus of this bachelor thesis is a construction plan of autonomous truck for transporting EU pallets, which has a specified load weight. The concept is based on critical searches of similar autonomous trucks. Design is created in program SolidWorks 2019 and it is based on my calculations. The truck has prefabricated aluminium construction. Another device in the form of a roller track is offered on the back of the trolley.

Solution of machine frame

This thesis deals with the creation of optimalization data of rollway frame for transport handling units. Optimalization is performed on the basis of the size of load handling unit and the subsequent deflection of the profile. The solution is carried out analytically and the results are compared with FEM program outputs.
