Implementation rough superstructure hall in Kuřimi

The object of work is a stage of assembly of prefabricated reinforced concrete supporting construction of hall in Kuřim. The warehouse hall will be used for purpose as warehousing and distributing of furniture fittings. The thesis contains a data accompanying report, summary technical report, transport relations, technical report of site facilities, technological regulation of supporting construction, itemized budget including bills of quantities and schedule of work for supporting construction, control and test plans, proposal of machines assembly, technological regulation of structual shell hall panels of Kingspan, comparison structual shell hall panels of Kingspan and hypothetical brick of blocks with thermal insulation. In attachment are contain whole drawings for individual methods and review static load capacity of mobile crane, situation, transport relations, site facilities, layout plan, first floor plan, sections, ceiling plan and elevations.

The diploma thesis deals with the technological stage of the lower structure, namely laying on piled foundations, including laying of a building pit with pilot reinforced concrete walls, and a rough top structure made of reinforced concrete walls, cores and reinforced concrete ceiling structure. The content is a technical report, solutions of wider transport relations, time and financial planning, studies of the main technological stages, equipment of the construction site of solved stages, design of the main building machines and mechanisms, technological regulations, control and test plans, safety and health protection at work, , thermal engineering assessment of selected constructions, budget, staff deployment balance, work progress scheme.

This Bachelor thesis with the solution of technological stages rough superstructure establishment in Lukov. Diploma thesis focuses on solving of the technological preparation of building modernization of gallery residential building in Prague 1 at Petrska street. The main goal of the thesis is a demolition of the existing building and construction of a new ceiling above the third floor. The paper includes the construction and technological report, technical report for concruction site equipment, technological regulations of demolition works and the ceiling structure above the third floor – there are two design variants of the ceiling structure icluded. The variants contend a comparation of two technologies version of ceiling structure above the third floor. Thesis also includes the inspection and test plans, design of machine arrangement, transport relations, safety and health protect plan, environmental plan, work and time schedule and financial calculation of building modernization

The diploma thesis deals with construction technological project of department store in Mohelnice town – hypermarket Kaufland. It compiles in detail the most optimal proposal of technological construction process, working machinery, traffic proposal for transport, construction site equipment, schedule of work, inspection and test plan, safety of work, environment, and finally costing including bill of quantities etc. The thesis deals specifically main building object SO04, object of hypermarket, which is consisted of prefabricated reinforced concrete skeleton of single-storey building. I focus primarily on realization of gross building.

Residence Sochorova - apartment building BD 2, construction and technology project

This thesis describes the building of a residential house called Rezidence Sochorova BD02 in Brno, Žabovřesky. The aim was the creation of the main parts of a constructional-technological project focused on the design of transport relations, the construction site facilities and its machinery, the creation of selected technological regulations and their control and testing plans. To secure safety and to protect health during the construction work itself, a risk plan and a suggestion of safety aids was created. In addition, an itemized budget of the construction, a time plan, environmental protection and a financial and time comparison of using a hopper in contrast to a concrete pump.
