Mountain hotel

The aim of this diploma thesis is to design a mountain hotel in the village Rokytnice nad Jizernou. The object is placed on a sloping plot located in an attractive touristic and skiing area of mountain range Krkonoše. The mountain hotel has 4 floors and a basement. In the First floor there is a restaurant with a terrace, kitchen and administrative facilities of hotel. In the second and third floor we can find guest rooms and room for the hotel staff. In the basement there is wellness, technical facilities and garage compound. Construction of building is made of the reinforced concrete monolithic transverse frames with beam filling of ceramic block.
Family house with design office

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the development of a new family house with a desing office in Brno. The new property is designed on a sloping terrain. The building is designed as a separate property with three above-ground floors and one underground floor, irregular in size 13.96 m x 13.14 m. The family house is designed as a single-family house for a family of four. The second overground floor serves as a day zone and the third overground floor as a relaxation zone. On the first floor there is a double garage with space for the families necessities. On the first floor there is an office for four workers with a separate entrance. The new building is designed using brickwork made of ceramic blocks with a construction system and a gable roof. The buildings include hard floor areas, a car park, bicycle parking area and a communal rubbish bin.
Detached House in Velké Meziřící

The bachelor’s thesis deals with the projection of a detached house on the land plot no. 6038/1 and 6051/11, which is located in Velké Meziříčí. The building consists of partial basement, ground floor and no attic room. The house is designed as a brick building from Porotherm, basement is made of prefabricated concrete blocks Prefa. The roof is mono-pitched with a slope of 7° and part of house is covered by a flat roof. The windows and doors are plastic with imitation of wood. Entry to the building is located on the north side. Living rooms are mainly situated in the southern part of the building, in connection with garden and terrace. The project documentation is developed in accordance to the decree of the building documentation.
Detached house, Šumperk

The Bachelor thesis resolves design of a family house in Šumperk. This is a one-storey house on plot No. 907 registered in the cadastral area Horní Temenice. The house is set to a sloping terrain. Terrain features were taken into account when the architectural design was made. The building has a longitudinal shape with dimensions of 21.8 x 9.3 m. The building is built using the Velox system. The unusual features of the building are three different types of roofs. That is a shed roof with longitudinal girders glued, Single-Shell roof and vegetation roof, which is directly linked to the adjacent terrain.
New-Built Detached House, Javorníček

The topic of this Bachelor´s thesis is new-built detached house in Javorníček, part of the village Libecina.The detached house is composed of three floors and is intended to be duplex house. Object is situated in steep terrain in which is partly embedded. The ground floor is designed by using concrete masonry units, first and second floors are designed by using ceramic masonry units. The roof is designed in a shed style, and is connected to the vertical construction. Heating of the object is provided by combination of warm air heating and hydronic underfloor heating system.
Familly house

The topic of the bachelor´s thesis focuses on the solution of the house in the city of Nitra. The house has a partial basement with two floors and comprises living spaces. The building contains also the arrivals level, downhill ramp, parking area in front of the garage, patio, outdoor stairs and garage located in the basement of a residential building. Floor plan of the house has a varied shape due to the use of diverse materials with two pent and one flat walkable roof. The house will be located on steep terrain. Entrance to the house is situated to the northeast. During the construction of the object system was used Meccato, Ytong.
