Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá návrhom rodinného domu, ktorý sa nachádza v katastrálnom území obce Veľký Lapáš. Jedná sa o dvojpodlažný rodinný dom vo svahu, s garážou, balkónom v úrovni 1NP a terasou priľahlou k 1PP. Objekt je navrhnutý pre štvorčlennú rodinu. Nosný systém pozostáva z murovaného systému Porotherm. Vodorovnú nosnú konštrukciu tvorí železobetónová monolitická doska. Objekt je zastrešený jednoplášťovou plochou strechou. Bakalárska práca je spracovaná vo forme projektovej dokumentácie pre realizáciu stavby. The bachelor´s thesis deals with the design of detached house, which is located in the cadastre unit of the town Veľký Lapáš. It is a two-storey detached house on a slope, with a garage, a balcony on the second floor and a terrace on the first floor. The building is designed for a family of four. The structural system consists of a Porotherm masonry system. The horizontal structural system is made of cast-in-place reinforced concrete. The building is roofed with a flat roof. The bachelor´s thesis is processed in the form of project documentation according to valid legal and technical regulations.
