Comparison of Open Line Track Procedures of Works

The theme of this diploma thesis deals with comparing technologies of reconstruction of the railway track No. 2 between railway stations Hranice na Morave and Hustopece nad Becvou in km 7,792 393 – 7,967 592 and in km 8,725 000 – 14,988 677. The aim of the thesis is to design several variants for the reconstruction of the substructure and superstructure, and then compare these variants. This thesis deals with technologies with removal of the track length and with technologies without removal of the track length. Part of the thesis is a description of used technologies and machines connected with them.

Residential Building in Humpolec – Execution of Superstructure

The goal of this bachelor thesis is the processing of the building-technological project for Implementation os Superstructure of Residetial building in Humpolec. For the realization of the stage was elaborated a technological note for proces of vertical and forizontal carrying construction. Horizontal elements are made of masonry system Porotherm and concrete columns. Horizontal floors are made of concrete. Thesis also contains budget, time schedule, machine assembly, organization of construction proces. In traffic part, roads was planned from the suppliers to the place of construction.

The subject of this diploma thesis is the preparation for the implementation of a prestressed bridge in the village of Hnojník. This thesis contains a technical report, coordination situation of the construction with broader relations to transport routes, phases time shedule, a feasibility study of the main technological phases, project of construction site equipment, a suggested list of the main construction vehicles and building mechanisation, time shedule of main construction, shedule of transport of fresh concrete mixture, technological regulation of concreting bridge deck, technological regulation of additional prestressing bridge deck, control and test plan, health and safety at work on bridge construction, The annexes contain drawings of concept of load-bearing falsework, drawing of the construction site equipment, drawing of coordination situation of the construction with broader relations to transport routes , itemized budget, graph of workers and machines needs, phases time shedule and delivery shedule of fresh concrete mixture.

Reconstruction of the Pohorelec at the JAMU Stage Design Studio

The aim of the Bachelor thesis was to renew and rebuild the building of the former Supreme state prosecutor to the place for The Stage design of Janáček Academy of Music and Performing Arts in Brno and The Rectorate od Janáček Academy. The building is located on the corner of the busy streets Jánská, Kobližná and Pohořelec where it forms a rather drab end point of these streets. The object was built in the post World war II period and carries features of late functionalism. The building has been abandoned since 90s. The ground floor was used for commerce, the underground floor for technical equipment of the building and other upper floors were purely administrative. The building has one underground floor and seven above-ground floors. In the ground floor were designed a public café and exhibition spaces. On the second to the fourth floor there are administrative places for the Janáček Academy Rectorate. On the fifth to the seventh floor the are spaces for students of the Stage design. In the new eight floor there is a background for the Light design. The main focus of the work was to restore life and create a functional and aestetically friendly environment. This was achieved by changing the internal layout where some dividing structures were removed, including the vertical connections of the floors and finally the use of glass partitions.The layout is now more open, lighter and airy. A main element of the reconstruction is the extension of the next floor, which has increased the space for students and employees and confirmed the unclear verticality of the building. The entire extension has more dominant look, but with natural respect to the surrounding buildings. The superstructure fasade consists of pre-installed electroluminescent panels with a holographic foil. This foil produces rainbow effects on the facade and reflects light, relieving the mass. Upgrading of Bohdíkov and Ruda nad Moravou Railway Stations

The task of the thesis is to make a study of reconstruction of two railway stations: Bohdíkov and Ruda nad Moravou. The aim of the project is to prepare a plan of reconstruction, which will suit actual state of traffic. The plan must abide the rules of law, especially in the case of the entry of people with physical handicaps.The thesis contains the plan of reconstruction of platforms, a regulation of geometric parameters of tracks, reconstruction of superstructure and also rebuilding of actual drainage.

Construction Project for Implementation of Houses in Slavkov - Pod Zlatou horou

The subject of the diploma thesis is the solution of chosen parts of the construction technology project of the 1st phase of the construction „Komplex RD Slavkov, Pod Zlatou horou“. These are 4 semi-detached houses, overall 8 family houses. The work deals with technological regulations for the superstructure including roof, study of the realization of the construction technology project, design of the main construction machines and mechanisms and control and test plan. For the whole construction is elaborated time and financial plan in two variants, namely the gradual and current method of construction, and a detailed schedule for one semi-detached house. The technical report of the building site equipment is completed with the drawings, itemized budget of the building part of the house, noise study and specialization focused on the photovoltaic system, with an alternative solution to use solar collectors. The thesis also includes a case study of construction methods focused on the gradual and current method of construction.

Execution of Superstructure - Rezidence Sukovy sady

The aim of the presented bachelor thesis is to describe realization of selected stage of the construction - technology project with a focuse on technological processes of the superstructure of an apartment building in Hradec Králové – Residence Sukovy sady. The thesis is divided into several thematic chapters when the first chapters are devoted to the introduction of the construction project as well as of the new building via the accompanying and summary technical report. The realization of the selected construction phase is described in more detail in the technical report of the construction site, in the technological regulations for the implementation of load-bearing structures from the systems Porotherm, Heluz, Ytong and Porfix. Also, proposal and verification of suitable transport routes, especially for construction supply, is presented. Moreover, the design of machinery set, quality control plan for vertical structures, time schedule and budgets for selected variants of masonry systems are included. The text part of the thesis is supplemented with an appendix part which contains scheme of work zones for selected technological process etc.

Upgrading of Prostějov hl.n. Railway Station

The aim of the diploma thesis is the reconstruction of Prostějov hl. n. railway station. The platforms with access persons with reduced mobility are designed in this station. The rail substructure and station drainage system design was necessary to do within the reconstruction. New assembly of a switches and crossing is the part of reconstruction design as well.

Reconstruction of the house on plot no.47 in Slavkov u Brna

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the design of a complete reconstruction and modernization of an existing family house in the center of Slavkov u Brna. The existing building is located in a terraced house in Husova Street. The new state includes a complete modernization of the interior, reconstruction of the original historic facade, the outbuilding of the original building and the superstructure of a new one with a link to the original object. The new state has one underground floor, three above – ground floors and a terrace. There are three apartments, two offices and three garages on the upper floors. There is a warehouse in the basement. In the existing building, the original supporting system made of polygonal walls is preserved, modified and supplemented with supporting components. New outbuilding has a transverse wall supporting system and ceiling structure made of monolithic reinforced concrete. Ceiling structures are interconnected with supporting walls. Facade insulation is solved by the ETICS system and the historic facade on the south side is renovated. The roof over both objects is created by a combination of sloping and flat roofs with a connection to the surrounding buildings. Bachelor thesis includes the creation of project documentation for construction execution according to the assignment.
