The created training program is made in Microsoft Excel 2007 with macros support.
Git Reporting Tool
Nečas, Vojtěch ; Hruška, Martin (referee) ; Vojnar, Tomáš (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is about an implementation of the software tool dedicated for creation and visualization of statistical information files work. It also refers about Git version control system. System Git does not have any functions to display graphical statistics (graph or chart), therefore the output of the changes of the files is available in command line only. Such data, especially in a large amount of specific files, are not easy to analyze without using other existing statistic tools. There are couple of tools available which are capable of getting information of changes in Git, classify the statistics and display the results. The main disadvantage of such tools is a very long time needed to obtain the results. These tools support only very brief statistics and the user interface does not provide sufficient comfort either. The tool elaborated in this paper is offering more effective access to the changes information from Git using the saved data database. This database, compare to a single command line, is offering quick access to all information and timeline while there is only one time demanding operation - setting up the database. User-friendly interface is enabling an easy operation of the tool itself using window based interface. As a result there are various statistics (graphs and charts) which are user-editable. On the top of that the tool is equipped with an approximate estimation of the project work trends (mathematical-statistical method of the least squares).
Evaluation and comparison of the success in gaming activities of libero with hitters in the mens volleyball European Championship 2011
Buchalová, Karolína ; Vorálek, Rostislav (advisor) ; Buchtel, Jaroslav (referee)
Title: Evaluation and comparison of the success in gaming activities of libero with hitters in the mens volleyball European Championship 2011 Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is comparison of libero and hitters. This thesis focus on pass after servis from oponent team and on field game. We will achieve results about succes rate of libero and compare those results with results of hitters, on European championship 2011 in men voleyball, in the same category. Methods: In this thesis is used the method of indirect observation, thanks to video. It was recorded success of passing and collection via line method. In order to classify the quality of passing and collection, it was used five-point scale. Results: The results confirmed all the research questions, so we are convinced of the quality and indispensability of libero in Volleyball. Keywords: Volleyball, individual game activity, libero, European championship, statistik
Introduction to Nonparametric Methods
Prelecová, Natália ; Kulich, Michal (advisor) ; Navrátil, Radim (referee)
Title: Introduction to Nonparametric Methods Author: Natália Prelecová Department: Department of Probability and Mathematical Statistics Supervisor: doc. Mgr. Michal Kulich,Ph.D., Department of Probability and Mathematical Statistics Abstract: The aim of this thesis is to introduce basic nonparametric methods. Nonparametric methods embrace a large class of statistical procedures which do not assume specific data distribution such as normal distribution. They often re- present the only available means of examining specific types of data, for example ranks or counts. Weaker assumptions of these methods make them less powerful than their parametric counterparts. This thesis describes in detail four nonparametric tests- the Ordinary Sign Test, the Wilcoxon Signed-rank Test, the Mann-Whitney Test and finally the Two- sample Wilcoxon Test. The structure of their description will entail the following: the formulation of assumptions, null hypothesis and alternatives, the construction of the test statistic and the definition of rejection regions. The most essential prob- lems, such as the problem of ties, will be also covered. The basic characteristics of the Linear Rank Statistics will be also explained, followed by the Two-sample Wilcoxon test. Keywords: nonparametrical, hypothesis, ranks, consistency, statistic

Presentation of the environmental quality and its influence on the human organism through geostatistic tools, multidisciplinary approach
Stramová, Andrea ; Trubač, Jakub (advisor) ; Štych, Přemysl (referee)
Nowadays exists large amount of data which characterizes environment on base of different parametres. Due to existence of such large amount of data which is difficult to understand and comprehensively visualize, it is necessary to find tools for their proper visualization. The main goal of this thesis is present current environment in place of residence and show possible influence of environmental factors on health. For achieving the goal it was necessary to obtain individual sets of data and prepare them for each analysis and also for their presentation. In thesis there are described various aspects of environment in the area of Příbram region. Also in text is described in detail spatial determined medical data. Thesis contains O2PLS analysis which will create regression model for thyroid function parameters. Output of whole thesis is creating a web application that clearly presents input data (environmental and medical), geostatical and 02PLS analysis. Due to this work has been developed procedure how to prepare a analyze different type of data and also created detailed describtion of presentation results. Till now has not been proven what aspects can affect thyroid function. Many diseases are affected by the environment. This thesis focuses on influence of environment on thyroid function. Main...
