The evaluation of the use of EU structural funds in the Central Bohemia Region in the period 2007 - 2013
Fidlerová, Hana ; Breňová, Lubomíra (advisor) ; Nečadová, Marta (referee)
My bachelor work deals with the evaluation of the use of EU structural funds in the Central Bohemia Region within the Regional Operational Program in Cohesion Region of Central Bohemia in the period 2007 - 2013. The description of the strategy and objectives of the program, the characteristics of the individual priority axes and areas of intervention during the subsidy system are given in the theoretical part. The practical part deals with the development of the use of structural funds in the Central Bohemia Region, where overall results achieved within the Regional Operational Program in Cohesion Region of Central Bohemia both from financial and technical point of view are evaluated. An analysis of the fulfillment of monitoring indicators at the level of priority axes and comparing actual results with expected targets in the program documents follows. In the final part an actual effects and impacts of program implementation on the population of the entire region of Central Bohemia are analyzed. The results of the Regional Operational Program in Cohesion Region of Central Bohemia and the comparison with other operational programs in the programming period 2007 - 2013 are given. There is also the evaluation of one of the failed projects and one of the most successful applicants on the contrary. The examples of completed projects are given.
Use of tourism support and evaluation in ROP NUTS II Central Bohemia in the period 2007-2013
Friesingerová, Barbora ; Pělucha, Martin (advisor) ; Wokoun, René (referee)
The purpose of this thesis is to discuss tourism support within the cohesion region Central Bohemia and to assess the realization of specific parts of the Priority axis 2 (Tourism) ROP NUTS II Central Bohemia global objectives in the period 2007-2013. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the relationship between regional development, regional policy and tourism is investigated. The empirical part includes the evaluation of particular tourism statistics in the Central Bohemia in connection with the PO 2 objectives fulfilment (increase in the number of visitors and the length of their stays). In addition, the development of certain indicators in selected pairs of municipalities is compared and the results of a survey, which has been conducted among the representatives of both beneficiaries and non-beneficiaries, are evaluated. The major methods used in the study are research into relevant sources, questionnaire survey, the evaluation of its result and analysis and synthesis of the acquired knowledge.
Multiproxy evidence of Late Pleistocene environmental changes in the loess/paleosol sequence of Bůhzdař
Flašarová, Kristýna ; Strouhalová, Barbora (advisor) ; Trubač, Jakub (referee)
Loess-paleosol sequences preserve information that can be used to reconstruct paleoenvironement, specifically the climatic conditions and the vegetation present at the time of their formation. A dense network of reliably analyzed sequences from different geographic locations is crucial for representation of ecological and climatic trends during the Pleistocene (Frechen, 2011). The aim of this thesis is to fill the gap in the geographical distribution of well described loess-paleosol sequences in Central Europe. Therefore, it focuses on a loess- paleosol sequence in Bůhzdař, situated 9 km NW of Prague, Czech Republic. This profile was last studied in 1952 by naturalist Vojen Ložek. This thesis uses a number of analyses in order to get a multi-proxy record of local paleoenvironmental changes archived in a sequence of alternating loess sediments and paleosols in Bůhzdař. Geochemical approaches are combined with grain size distribution to define climatic conditions at the time of formation of the strata. Key words: loess/paleosol sequences, Bůhzdař, Czech Republic, particle size distribution, total organic carbon, XRF, XRD, stable isotopes 13 C and 18 O
Lichens of Trubínský vrch hill near Beroun (central Bohemia) and a study of Aspicilia dominiana
Lenzová, Veronika ; Svoboda, David (advisor) ; Kocourková, Jana (referee)
Lichens of Trubínský vrch hill near Beroun (central Bohemia) and a study of Aspicilia dominiana Veronika Lenzová Abstract This diploma thesis is divided into two separate parts. The goal of the first part was to carry out a complete lichenofloristic research of Trubín hill near Beroun. There are diabasic outcrops on the south side of the hill. Due to wide spectrum of the lichen species this substrate is very interesting for the lichenologists. In total I have found 125 lichen species there. 105 lichen species grow on diabasic rocks. A considerable amount of recorded lichens is among endangered species for example Aspicilia dominiana, Caloplaca conversa, Lichinella stipatula, Phaeophyscia constipata. The second part is focused on the taxonomic study of the Aspicilia dominiana and related species. A. domininana is recently known only from a few diabasic localities in the Czech Republic. After revision of the herbarium material based on microscopic and chemical characteristics I have found out that the taxon A. dominiana is similar with the A. intermutans. Compliance of these taxa have been confirmed with the molecular data from the sequencing of the two genes nrITS and mTSS too. Therefore I propose to synonymize these two taxa. According to the phylogenetic tree the lichen A. intermutans is not closely...

This knowledge is very important to say what their importance was and which role they played in our history in Central Bohemia. It is clear that Central Bohemia had different position in some phases of a roman period. The study of imports also produce a knowledge about the importance of imported subjects from roman provinces for our society in roman period and about influences, that had many impacts on this society and her nature.
