The main aim of my master´s thesis is suggesting developement of a small company based on a critical analysis. In the theoretical part of the thesis is explained the basic concepts which will be used in analytical and conclusion part. In analytical part of the thesis there is performed analysis of internal and external environment. On the basic of analytical part, will be detected the proposal for development. In the conclusing part the changes are proposed for introduction into the company.

The diploma thesis focuses to develop business plan for setting up a small business. The essence of this plan will be the creation of services aimed at servicing and noise reduction of vehicles. In the first part the thesis is focused on the theoretical approach to the solution and in the second part on the analysis of the current state. Based on these information, the business plan is drawn up.

This diploma thesis deals with the management of information flow of a small company using Business Intelligence tools and the data mart. There is defined the problem of working with information from the point of view of selected company in the first part. The next part presents selected theoretical background on the basis of which was the aim achieved. The fourth part analyses the current situation of the company. There is recommended complex improvement of the current situation in the practical part. Selected information management problem is accomplished factually. There are also introduced suitable software tools, which were used for the solution.

The main objective of this thesis is, based on the current situation on the financial consultancy market, an analysis of the external environment and a research in establishing and developing a company, to draw up a proposal, using the PERT method, for a procedure for establishing a small business for the financial and credit specialists, such that it is viable and competitive.

Management of Production Process for the Selected Product

The present thesis is concerned with production process management in a small innovative and developing Czech company. The introductory part describes a selected product from both a functional point of view and a constructional point of view. The theoretical part of the thesis is followed by a section which analyzes the initial state of production process of the product. The next part comes with ideas for new approaches to production process management, respecting available company resources, which are necessary for their implementing. The final part of the thesis provides a summary of implemented solutions and solutions that the management of the company plans to implement.

Final part of this work is dedicated to overall assessment and expansions possibilities.

This essay deals with establishment and consequential development of small company. The first part specifies legal aspects of setting up the company and overall legal framework of this matter. Then it analysis the Trade Act and evaluates advantages and disadvantages of this type of business. In the next part it evaluates the analysis of chosen sector that leads up to the research of mentioned market. It continues with analysis of company’s general surrounding. At the end is overall summarization of this topic focused on specific person and a recommendation for establishment and development of small company.
