This thesis deals with the marketing strategy of the foundry Slévárna a modelárna Nové Ransko, s. r. o. producing ductile and grey iron castings for both the Czech and foreign markets. A part of it is also devoted to the comparison of the company's and competitors' strategies. The second chapter is focused on the marketing mix of the foundry. The final part of the thesis includes the SWOT analysis of the company and contains the recommendations that could lead to an improvement of the marketing in the company.
