The resulting average moisture loss ratio of Urtica dioica L. was 5,6 : 1 and 5,3 : 1 for Sambucus nigra L. and their stock on the surveyed area was 1 970 kg/ha for Urtica dioica L. and 950 kg/ha for Sambucus nigra L.
Možnosti zberu liečivých rastlín vo vybranej lokalite
Macková, Soňa
Bachelors thesis Possibilities of cropping medicinal plants in selected location is focused on detailed research of location which has been chosen for this purpose. It acquaints with its exact coordinates and locates the area on the map. It offers a detailed descriptions and rules that apply here for the movement of persons and plant cropping. Subsequently, the selected location was monitored during the vegetation period in 2016 and the presence of the species of medicinal plants. Based on available sales possibilities and the number of occurrences of found species has been selected those, whose collection was considered as the most effective. The cropped plant species are detaily described in the thesis. Also there are included the possibilities of their sales and the evaluation of the profitability of the crop in the selected location. The most profitable species seems to be klamath weed, oregano, common nettle and common agrimony. Other found species are characterized in less detail. It has been found that the collected quantity is not effectively sold to ransom. It is suitable for domestic use or for local market.
Management trvalých trávnych porastov v územiach so zvláštnym ochranným režimom : metodika obnovy trávnych porastov /
Frei, Ivana
Four methods of grassland restoration on arable land using species-rich seed material harvested directly in the source Bromion meadows (Vojšické louky, Bílé Karpaty protected landscape area (PLA), Czech Republic) were compared. Species composition of established grasslands was evaluated through the vegetation development. The restoration methods comprised of i) green hay application, ii) sowing of seed mixture obtained from brush harvester collecting once in the vegetation period, c) sowing of seed mixture obtained from brush harvester collecting three times during the vegetation period per site and d) spontaneous succession were compared. The experimental plots were established in the surroundings of Malá Vrbka (Bílé Karpaty PLA) in 2009. Species composition and vegetation cover were recorded in 16 m2 plots in spring and autumn of 2010 and 2011. Altogether 144 releves were statistically analysed using direct (CCA) and indirect (PCA) gradient analysis; cluster analysis (Statistica for Windows), and Simpson, Jaccard and Sorrensen similarity coefficients. Species composition was significantly affected by the plot establishment period which explained 49.6% of variability in the species data set. Species composition was also affected by used restoration method. However, the restoration method had no significant effect on the plant species richness.
Mobile and Web Application for Graffiti Data Collection and Analysis
Kubiš, Matěj ; Beran, Vítězslav (referee) ; Szőke, Igor (advisor)
This work pursues the methods of data collection - the photographs of illegal graffiti and sets of metadata. It is a part of TagBust system being developed in order to prevent this kind of vandalism and seek restitution for the property damage that has already been done. Particular emphasis is placed on the implementation of the application for mobile devices being the rapidly expanding platform.

This thesis is focused on designing and manufacturing a shredder for plastic waste 2H for small companies, households and blocks of flats. Thesis contains brief description of plastics, their properties and usage in praxis. It deals with excessive production of plastic, noncircular economy of waste and unsatisfactory processing of plastic waste. There are examples of collecting, sorting and recycling technologies and their application in praxis. It consists of current overview of shredders available on Czech and Slovak market and their comparison. Practical part of this thesis focuses on design itself, its components, parameters and economic issues of manufacturing. Annex contains 3D model of shredder assembly, bought components overview, assembly drawings and photo documentation of created shredder.

JELÍNEK, Radek
This diploma thesis deals with the collection of all waste in the selected village of Sušice. It focuses on analysis of waste collection in a selected municipality and subsequent waste management. The literature researches describe waste issues. The theoretical part is focused on literary research, which deals with the concept of waste in general, the distribution of municipal waste and what are the obligations and rights of the municipality in waste management. The practical part deals with analysis of waste collection in selected village. It describes how the selected municipality manages waste collection, what are the costs and yields over a certain period, and the distribution according to several aspects. For a better overview, statistics are inserted into the graphs and evaluated. Further, in this practical part is described the company, which in the selected village deals with the collection of waste and subsequent waste management. Among other things, possible savings on waste management are proposed and described.
Capturing, Visualizing, and Analyzing Data from Drones
Procházka, Tomáš ; Barták, Roman (advisor) ; Obdržálek, David (referee)
An application for visualization and analysis of the data recorded during drone flights is proposed and implemented. The application displays plots of the recorded quantities, estimates the trajectory and shows the orientation of the drone in time. A file format based on comma separated values and XML description that allows reading of recordings with a dynamic structure is designed. The application is extensible, programmed in Java using the NetBeans Platform. It can be extended to support new types of drones, file types or visualization tools. The application is tested with the recordings of the drone Parrot AR.Drone 2.0. Data can be recorded by a separate application while controlling the drone by the keyboard. Effectivity and utilisation of different methods of moths research
Palivcová, Lucie ; Tropek, Robert (advisor) ; Vrba, Pavel (referee)
Sampling of data on moth communities is essential for our better understanding of their biology. This thesis is focused on different moth sampling methods, with a special aim to light catching as the most effective way how to attract them. Various sampling methods are described together with review of published knowledge of their effectivity, as well as advantages and disadvantages. Individual sampling is suitable for studying of preselected particular species. Interception traps are used for studying of flying corridors. Selected groups of moth can be attracted by various baits or caught by colored pan traps, bait traps and pheromone traps. Common and highly useful is attracting of moths using light. Light source can significantly affect sampling efficiency. The most species and individuals are attracted by shortwave light, but particular preferences are species and sexes specific. Understanding of methodology and moth behavior can improve study of them and should bring new knowledge of their conservation or management of moth pests.

Mollusca of the Czech Republic
Rindtová, Dita ; Hlava, Jakub (advisor) ; Křivská, Daniela (referee)
The Bachelor work Mollusca of the Czech Republic deals with basic information about molluscs occurring in the Czech Republic. In the research part of my work I deal with the anatomy of their bodies, shells and life cycles characteristic for the main representatives. In general characterization the work mentions endangered species listed in the Red List. Furthermore, the research part deals with ecology focused on shellfish incidence depending on the conditions of the ecosystem, introduction, and the methods of mollusc importance to humans. The aim of the practical part was a faunal survey of selected localities contaminated by a man. This research was carried out in selected localities near the town of Příbram. It was the firsta research focused on the incidence of molluscs in these areas. The methodology of sample collection was carried out according to common methods of collecting molluscs and it is more specified in the work. The own research was focused on characterisation of the areas (5 localities) where the collection was carried out. Thus there was formed a systematic overview of acquired kinds of terrestrial representatives according to designated habitats, taxonomic classification and specific characterisation of the species. A total of 514 individuals were processed belonging to 26 species of molluscs. The most numerous family had Vrásenkovití (Discidae) where the number of representatives climbed to 82 individuals. On the contrary Oxychilidae family, Skleněnkovití (Vitrinidae) and Melampovití (Ellobiidae) occured the least. There was found only one individual of each family. In the last part of my work I deal with comparison of my research to the previous research carried out in Kokořínsko Reserve. This area has similar climatic conditions and the features of the ecosystems. The result of the comparison corresponds to the variability of the species found here.
