The bizarre sensation of real
Zacharová, Dominika ; Spáčilová Blažková, Kateřina (referee) ; Gravlejs, Ivars (advisor)
This work explores the subjective nature of reality. Our view of reality evolves with our surroundings and shapes our unique image of the world. Although a complete escape from reality seems unattainable, we try to look for moments in which we might slow down in an endless stream of events and phenomenons. One of these is the induction of relaxation, which acts as a temporary release from physical and mental stress, even if the actual escape is only temporary. By incorporating works into this space that carry with them a certain disturbing element, I seek to provoke an uncertainty or surprise in the viewers . The work creates situations that confront viewers with an unexpected experience in a seemingly relaxing environment. Which is induced by the appearance of the objects.

Psychohygiene as an essential part of burnout syndrome prevention
KULICH, Vojtěch
The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of psychohygiene as a essential part of the prevention of burnout syndrome. The topic of the burnout syndrome, and especially its prevention and elimination, has been often discussed by experts in recent years and is very topical in today's hectic times full of stress factors. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part defines the key concepts of the bachelor's thesis, which are stress, burnout syndrome and psychohygiene. Furthermore, the individual methods of psychohygiene are described, and their summary into a single unit. In the practical part, in the form of a questionnaire survey, the population's awareness of the burnout syndrome and psychohygiene is ascertained, and above all, what methods of psychohygiene people know and use. This is also the aim of the work - to clarify and summarize possible methods of psychohygiene and to find out about the population's awareness of psychohygiene and its methods. The bachelor thesis thus provides the reader with information about the problem of burnout syndrome and provides possible ways to tackle or prevent it. The thesis can also be used as inspiration for people who are looking for a suitable method of psychohygiene and do not know where or how to start.

The aim of the project is to revive the poorly accessible and neglected area and its use not only for a wide range of sports activities, but also for leisure activities and recreation. The whole area should be freely accessible and open to a wide range of public. Four main buildings are designed in the complex: a multi-purpose sports hall, a hotel, a tennis club and a snack bar with a bicycle service. There is a football field, a basketball court and a small football pitch on the open spaces between these objects, as well as two climbing walls, an outdoor gym and a parkour area with many obstacles. The rest of the areas are pavements and free grass areas intended for leisure and recreation of visitors.

Chovanečková, Nikol ; Vostrejž, Dušan (referee) ; Odvárka, Antonín (advisor)
The theme of the dissertation titled the Centre of Sport and Leisure Time in Brno is a design of a relaxing and sport site „Centrum Lužánky“. The subject of this project is architectonic-city-planning study, which deals with elaborating a concept of a sport centre behind Lužánky in Brno-Ponava. This dissertation contains details of the facility and the area of the current swimming pool Lužánky. The current state of the facility built in 1979 doesn’t meet requirements of visitors and sportsmen anymore. The main aim of this project is the reconstruction of the current fifty-meter swimming pool, a design of a new swimming pool placed under the ground floor of the current building, which will provide space for organizing international competitions, trainings of professional sportsmen, etc. At the same time the busyness of the current swimming pools would be lowered by building a new indoor and outdoor waterpark, especially for the group of recreational visitors. The attractiveness of the facility will be increased by the newly designed park relaxing area and proposed multipurpose area, used as a sports field in the summer and as an ice ring in the winter. Additional value of the facility is comprised by an indoor and outdoor café and large relaxing area on the roof of the waterpark. The whole area increases the community facility availability by a proposed wide range of services for health, relax and sport. The advantage of the whole concept is the mutual connection of all facilities. The entrance to the area is shortened by a designed pedestrian bridge, accessible from the south and north busy areas. The whole project is enhanced by increased number of new parking places, located particularly along the access road, the street Sportovní, going through a green zone. The road and parking places are proposed in the design of residential streets, respecting walking pedestrians. The area has a very rich sport history, which is dated back to 1922. The topic of my work was to revitalize, recreate and redefine the recreational and sports area Za Lužánkami. Despite its gradual ruining and poor technical conditions it still has something to offer. Indications of this are constant efforts to refresh sport activities and ambitions to bring to this place its lost glory. The main goal of this proposal was to focus on creating a football stadium, support and highlight its dominance and majesty. Stadium was dimensioned on real usefulness with capacity more than 20 000 spectators. The main element of the stadium is its placing in a rising surface and to create a construction which will be a pleasant attraction with its exterior raising pillars and roof construction from all cardinal points. Football stadium fulfills functions of a modern stadium in all required factors and its placing and connection and fulfills sports hall compliance and recreational area for all visitors and householders.
