Office building with cafe

The aim of the Master‘s thesis is to design a detached near-zero energy office building with a café. The building is designed as three-storey detached building with the café on the first floor, offices on the first and second floor and the third floor contains building services. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part consists of architectural and structural designs. The building has foundations combining foundation pads, strips, and a foundation slab under a reinforced concrete core. The superstructure is designed as a reinforced concrete frame with ceramic infill walls and ventilated facade. The floor and warm flat roof structure is designed by using prestressed hollow core panels. The second part focuses on the design of building services and energy efficiency assessment. Heat for space and domestic hot water heating will be provided by air-water heat pumps which would also provide cooling in summer. The building will have mechanical ventilation. The electricity demand will be partially covered by a photovoltaic system. The photovoltaic panels will be placed on the roof. The artificial lightning will be used in the building. The rainwater drained from the roof through roof drains will be directed into a storage tank and reused for flushing toilets. If there is an excess, the water will be diverted via an overflow to a seepage polder on the plot. The third part of the Master's thesis involves a thermal assessment of selected structural focused on thermal bridges. Structural focused is dealing with the anchoring of structures into the building envelope provided by thermal insulation assembly blocks at the anchor points to brake thermal bridges. Calculation of the linear thermal transmittance has verified that thermal bridges do not occur in selected critical points. The calculation of the linear heat transfer coefficient involves two calculation methods, which are compared on the basis of the results in terms of practical application. The used software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Deksoft, BuildingDesign.
Multifunctional building

The subject of the thesis deals with the design of multifunctional building and processing of the design documentation. The building is designed as reinforced concrete frame with curtain walling. The multifunctional building has one underground floor and three above-ground floors. In the basement there are parking area, technical facilities of the building and storages. On the ground floor of the building, there are commercial premises with facilities for employees, and office premises in the remaining part. There are offices on the second and third floors above ground. Roof structures are designed as flat vegetation.
Survey and Diagnostics of Building Construction

The subject of this final thesis is the diagnostic survey of the prefabricated hall made of framed concrete in the areal of Fatra Chropyně. The thesis contains description of construction and technological survey and diagnostic methods. The practical part contains material assessing of chosen elements of construction (beam, column,precast floor slab). It is also focused on localization of position and diameter of reinforcement. Last step is focused on quality of the concrete, particularly compressive strength and strenght class of concrete.

The aim of the construction technological project is the processing of machinery itemized budget, a time plan, a proposal of machine set, inspection and test plan, a proposal of workflow, transport links and site equipment.
Multifunctional building

The subject of the diploma thesis is a project documentation of a multifunctional building within the scope of the implementing documentation. The main goal of the thesis is the design of the layout, construction and material solution, completed by design of the fire safety solutions and assessment in terms of building physics. The multifunctional building has one underground floor and nine above-ground floors. In the basement there are technical facilities of the building and a parking area, in the 1st floor there are business premises, in one part of the 2nd floor there is a gym and the remaining areas are used for administrative purposes as well as the entire 3rd to 9th floor. The construction system is designed as a reinforced concrete monolithic skeleton, completed by a reinforced concrete core. Ceiling structures are monolithic reinforced concrete locally supported slabs. The building is founded on the concrete slab placed on drilled shafts. The main element of the outer wall is curtain walling, which is made from a mullion-transom system.
Residential Complex in Brno - Komín

Urban Risen Solution parcel located on the street Pasture in the city of Brno chimney. The property is located on the edge of the city district and directly continues the surrounding forest, which is on the east side. The plot is an avenue of chestnut trees that proposal preserves intact. Oklí are good amenities. In its narrowest surroundings there are elementary school and kindergarten with their priľahlími Sports and satellites family townhouses on the south side of the property. After the eastern and northern boundary leads IMPORTANT relaxing walking routes on which the proposal responds through-beds, and a "restoration" of pastures, which once was located here. Land would extend that oľúbenú Walking and served by community residents as well as the city of the chimney. The project also own community náveznosťou room with a plate of street furniture. Architectural design Material objects based on the elongated shape of the land and is divided into three apartment buildings. Distributes land to the "street" and the "grazing". The volume responds to building orientation sides are angled wings housing the south and west. All the apartments are so perfect sunlit and overlook the "pasture". On the north side of the building they are arranged in the form of communication zasklennej galleries. Building Solutions The building is designed as a reinforced concrete skeleton with dimensions of 8600 mm x 6600 mm with stiffening communication core. The shell is insulated with thermal insulation with a thickness of 200 mm. Area building openings is minimized on the north facade and vice versa is open to south and west facades, which benefits the passive energy gain. These construction holes are filled with high quality aluminum windows and doors with Triple glazing. On the frame is attached a separate steel construction porches and balcony. This concept allows a perfect insulation shell fired by a separate steel structures unheated porch and balcony, and hence a considerable degree of energy efficiency.

The subject of the Bachelor thesis is conversion of grain silo in Zlín-Prštné. Building plot is between avenue of Tomáš Baťa, Přímá and Jateční. Close to the building is situated railway station Zlín-Prštné. The aim is to design creative centre for artists, designers, architects and others. They will be allowed to rent here a space for the realization of their ideas. Part of the proposal was to create a square on the investigated area.

The theoretical part is describing examined properties of reinforced concrete and methods of diagnostics used in this field of study. The practical part focuses on the construction and technical survey. The main focus of the survey is the quality of concrete and the assessment of reinforcement in representative parts of the structure. The last part concludes results of the survey.
