Analysis of causality between development tools and development
NOVÁKOVÁ, Petra
In this bachelor's thesis we give an overview of the development of gymnastics tools and reports with a focus on asymmetric bars. The most tumultuous development of all kinds of gymnastic tools is the asymmetric bars of women after the Second World War. From male parallel bars we gradually switched to exercise on asymmetric bars. The exercise was initially rather static. Later the exercise on asymmetric bars was characterized by technically and dynamically perfect execution of elements and frequent alternation of transition from one bar to another. The first chapter of the bachelor thesis briefly discusses the history of gymnastics. The second chapter describes the development of the construction on asymmetric bars. The third chapter describes the development of elements, reports and rules on asymmetric bars. Most information was drawn from professional periodicals and literature dealing with specific issues in the period.
Finding out the level of pupils' gymnastic movement skills at the second level of primary school
POTUŠŇÁK, Robin
This graduation thesis deals with the research, which determines the level of gymnastic skills of pupils of the elementary school. The first part of the thesis deals with theoretical knowledge about gymnastics, physical abilities and skills, physical education, didactics of gymnastics in physical education at schools and gymnastics in the education system. In the second part of the thesis, the author focuses on empirical research. Four grammar schools in Tábor and one hundred pupils evaluated were included in the survey. The research sample consists of the ninght year male students. The level of gymnastics of the pupils at selected elementary schools was measured by the level of performace of six gymnastic elements, selected by the author of this paper. The performance was evaluated using a five-step rating scale. The data were further processed using descriptive statistics and they were compared with the results of another paper on the same topic in the town of Písek.

Characterization of Metals in Atmospheric Aerosol
Cigánková, Hana ; Ličbinský, Roman (referee) ; Vojtíšek,, Michal (referee) ; Krajčovič, Jozef (advisor)
The presented doctoral thesis deals with the characterization of elements in two size fractions of urban aerosol, which was sampled in all seasons on the terrace of the Institute of Analytical Chemistry of the CAS in Brno in 2018. The theoretical part of the thesis summarizes the basic information about the analysis and health risks of atmospheric aerosol and metals bound to aerosol. Furthermore, the work describes methods for determining the inhalation bioaccessibility of aerosol particles and methods used for the determination of oxidative potential. The first part of the thesis describes in detail the sampling and analysis of urban aerosol particles. The mass concentration of both aerosol size fractions and the total concentration of 21 elements were determined. The probable sources of the analysed elements were calculated using the enrichment factor and positive matrix factorization. The second part of the thesis deals with the determination of the oxidative potential of the aerosol and bioaccessible concentration of the analysed elements in three simulated lung fluids (deionized water, simulated alveoli fluid, Gamble solution). In addition to determining the oxidative potential of real samples, the oxidative potential of individual elements was also analysed. From the obtained results was calculated the probable contribution of the elements to the measured oxidative potential.
Password Cracking Using PRINCE Algorithm and Fitcrack System
Bolvanský, Dávid ; Ryšavý, Ondřej (referee) ; Hranický, Radek (advisor)
The PRINCE algorithm is a faster and more advanced version of a combination attack. Non-distributed password breaking often encounters its limits, and its applicability to real tasks decreases due to the increasing demand for computing resources of the device. The aim of this work is to design a distributed version of the the PRINCE attack as an extension of Fitcrack system, which focuses on distributed password cracking. The proposed design is implemented and integrated into the Fitcrack system. The work examines the PRINCE attack on a set of experiments, which examines the impact of various configuration options. Part of the experimental part is a comparison of the PRINCE attack with the dictionary and combination attack. The purpose of the comparison is to find cases where the PRINCE attack is better than other attacks. Finally, the integrated PRINCE attack solution in the Fitcrack system is compared with the solution implemented in the Hashtopolis system.
Study of geographical authenticity of Moravian white wines
Horáková, Kristýna ; Křikala, Jakub (referee) ; Diviš, Pavel (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis was to verify geographical autenticity of Moravian white wines based on elemental analysis. This data were completed with the analysis of organic acids, fenolic compounds and atioxidants in wines. There were used two spektrometric methods for the elemental analysis (ICP-MS and ICP-OES). The concentration of organic acids was mesured by Ion chromatography. To determine the concentration of phenolic compounds in wines there was used the high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC-DAD), the content of antioxidants and the total content of phenols was measured on spectrophotometer. In total there were 33 samples of wine from 4 Moravian subregions. For the purpose of determination the samples in groups the dataset was firstly corrected by Grubbs test for remote results. From those data the box plots were created which represents the minimal, maximal and mean concentrations of each measured component. Furthermore the analysis of variance was applied, which picked up 12 statisticly valuable parameters from the whole 47. By appliyng the multidimensional statistical methods (Pearson correlation analysis (PCA) and discriminant analysis (DA)) were compiled mathematical models for the division of Moravian wines according to geographical origin. The success rate of the discrimination test was 96,97%. The cross-validation test showed an 81,82% success rate for classifying unknown samples.

Determination of basic nutritional parameters in edible insects
Korček, Jakub ; Štursa, Václav (referee) ; Diviš, Pavel (advisor)
In this bachelor thesis is dicussed nutritional value of chosen insect species. Analysed samples consisted of worms, crickets and locusts. Analysed parameters were: total nitrogen, crude protein, total lipids and content of chosen elements. Total lipids were, after homogenization, determined by Soxhlet method, using diethyl ether as a solvent. Prior to protein and element determination, samples did undergo Kjehldal digestion process, using sulfuric acid. Weiniger catalyst was only added to samples digested for protein measurement. Element content was determined by optical emission spectrometry with inductively coupled plasma (ICP-OES). Crude protein was determined by Kjeldahl method. The highest protein content was determined in crickets. (75 ± 5) %. Locusts contained the highest lipid content (33 ± 2) %. We also found out, that samples were rich in calcium, potassium, manganese and zinc, which are all important elements for the proper functioning of our body. The results of this thesis prove, that insects can present nutritionally important food.
