Payment Process Automation by Using RPA

Master thesis focuses on payment process automatization of selected company XY, which will eliminate repetitive manual work and routine and will lead to shortening of the whole process. To reach this solution RPA – Robotic Process Automation was used. RPA was designed based on data analysis, which showed areas of process best suited for automatization. Part of the thesis is also evaluation of impacts of implemented RPA solution.
Automated Reporting and Optimization of Processes in Small Company

This bachelor thesis is focused on the design of an automated reporting system for a small company and the subsequent analysis of reporting indicators. The second part of the thesis contains the optimization design of the selected process in the company. The work analyses the current state of the company and based on the analysis, a reporting system is designed. The analysis is preceded by extensive theoretical research dealing with reporting, process management, and, last but not least, automation. The solution itself includes a demonstration of the reporting system environment, dashboards, evaluation of individual analysis, and process optimization.
Design of a Project Planning and Management in the Software Company

The thesis is focused on analysis and optimization of processes in a company realizing software projects. Its aim is to find deficiencies in the process of realization of an individual customer requirement and to design improvements. According to the analysis of the process of requirement realization, the deficiencies were analysed from which the most important were selected and used for designing optimization of this process.
Creation of Process Order Management in Selected Construction Professions

The bachelor thesis deals with the ordering process of a selected manufacturing company. The thesis is divided into several sections. In the first part is described theoretical knowledge in the field of process management. In the following section is introduced a carpentry and roofing company where I worked for some time and gained required information for this thesis. In the analytical part is analysed the current state of the company in attitude to order management and revealed its lack. Based on this knowledge, I will optimize order management.
Software Support of the Order Management Process

The bachelor’s thesis focuses on the Order Management Process in the selected business company by using software support. In the analytical part the goal is to describe the organizational structure of a company, to create a process map, to identify weaknesses of the order process and analyze the related activities. There result of the thesis is an implementation of an internet portal that will help to optimize the order process activity. The proposal part also includes its subsequent evaluation.
Management Tasks Planning Optimalization Using Sharepoint

The problem discussed in this thesis is the optimization of the process of planning, tracking and evaluating tasks in the management area of the department Corporate Technology in Siemens, Brno. Having studied theories of CMMI and principles of ISO 9001, the given process is optimized by automating certain manual tasks. As Corporate Technology uses a SharePoint server to manage tasks, the application is developed to improve his functionality. This application has therefore been tested in the environment of the organization with real-life data and complies to all necessary requirements to be able to save at least 50 % of time in the optimized process. The results of this thesis prove the usability of automating manual repetitive tasks being conducted in the processes of the organization and introduce possibility of increasing process level by preventing human errors.
Process Optimization of the Educational Programs Realisation

The diploma thesis is devoted to the process analysis of realization educational programs and their optimization. The theoretical section is focused on educational programs, educational policy EU concept, process questions and connected notions. The analytical part researches implementation processes of educational programs, international activities analysis of Faculty of business, bilateral contracts and questionnaire survey. Knowledge of the analytical part is used in the proposal part, where results of the research are evaluated and drawn up procedures to improve processes. Proposals and disposals leading to increasing student´s participation and process optimization were compiled on the basis of gained information about Faculty of business and they respect educational concept of European Union.

It analyzes the main reasons and benefits of implementing process management in the company. Specifies the different areas where it is possible to implement process management, and compares the practicality of this implementation with the theoretical knowledge. The last section describes processes and models created by some of these processes in an company, engaged in retail sales at a distance.
