Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem optimalizace procesů servisu zemědělské techniky, obecnou charakteristikou procesu se zaměřením na zlepšení služeb zákaznického servisu. V práci je zmapována procesní mapa a detailní popis procesu v servisu. Návrh řeší zlepšení procesů oprav zemědělské techniky a jejich podporu v informačním systému. This thesis deals with the proposal of service process optimisation of agricultural machinery, general characteristics of improving customer relationship management. Focus is laid on process map monitoring and detailed service description. The proposal deals with the improvement of agricultural machinery repair process and its infromation support system.
