The diploma thesis focuses on creating a real budiness plan for establishment a porter house, that will offer beer from production of small breweries. Part of the thesis is also a making of prediction models for sales and costs in the branch. It also contains a financial plan and evaluation of the investment effectivity.
Financial analysis of the company RAVY CZ a.s.

The object of this bachelor thesis is financial analysis of the company RAVY CZ a.s. for the period between 2011 and 2014, and its goal is to evaluate financial situation of the company. Selected indicators are compared to the sector where the company operates. The thesis is divided into two parts. In the first (methodical) part are basic theory and particular methods described, i.e. horizontal and vertical analysis, and differential and ratio analysis, which are completed by the description of bankruptcy and credibility models. In the second (practical) part of the thesis, the analysed company is introduced, and methods described in the first part are applied to financial data of the company. In the conclusion of the thesis are results of individual parts summarized.
Practical application of prediction models

This bachelor thesis is focusing on problems when deciding right business partner based on usage of prediction models, namely Springate's and Altman's models, Neumaiers' indices and Taffler index. The goal is to propose a system that will help with selecting a suitable accounting and tax service provider. The thesis is consisted of two parts. Firstly every model is introduced with its methodology. The second part will be testing of a proposed system on selected accounting and tax providers.
Financial analysis of company IBM ČR spol. s r.o.

The object of this bachelor thesis is financial analysis of the company IBM Česká republika, spol. s r.o. in period between years 2010 and 2013. The aim is to evaluate company's financial situation and to make a comparison to sector where it is involved. Methodological part consists of description of each indicator, which are afterwards applied in the practical part. Beside the calculations, quick outline and comparison of these calculations the practical part also contains introduction of the analysed company. The conclusion is summarizing gained knowledge and assessing firm's situation.
Systems of financial indicators

This thesis deals with systems of financial indicators. The theoretical part contains the individual systems which are described and explained on the basis of literature. The practical part is divide into three parts. First part contains individual analyses of indicators. The second part deals with a pyramid decomposition of return on equity which is compared in time and space. The last part is the practical application of the rating and default models to the selected firm. There are summarized and evaluated results of the practical part in conclusion.

The theoretical part of this master thesis deals with creation and solution of financial distress and analysing classification models. In the practical part I defined own methods for financial distress prediction of company using discriminant analysis and logistic regression.
Financial Analysis of Petrof spol. s r.o.

The aim of the Bachelor's Thesis "Financial Analysis of Petrof spol. s r.o." is to evaluate the financial situation of the company and estimate its future development based on an analysis of publicly available data from 2007 to 2011. The Thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part contains the methodology of financial analysis, which is then applied in the practical part. The Financial analysis includes horizontal and vertical analysis, ratio analysis and application of prediction models (Index IN05, Kralicek quick test). The practical part additionally contains a description of the company and its history and also a comparison of the Petrof with other major manufacturers of musical instruments in the Czech Republic.
Creation and application of financial economic evaluation on a specific company

The aim of my bachelor thesis was to describe and devise a system for financial-economic evaluation of the particular company. First was the financial analysis which was based on a pyramidal decomposition. To build a self-evaluation was necessary to create new ratios. In the bachelor?s thesis was also mentioned prediction models, but their ability was limited, so than was devised another way of evaluation. I just used the described method to explain the findings of the evaluation of a particular company.

The goal of this thesis is a financial analysis of the company ROLUX žaluzie, s.r.o.. The introductory part is dedicated to a detailed description of the basic methods and procedures of financial analysis based on company financial statements, presentation of prediction (bonity and bankruptcy) models and the Benchmarking diagnostic system of the Ministry of industry and trade of the Czech Republic - the INFA model. The practical-analytical part includes the application itself of the presented financial analysis procedures to the data of a real Czech company. Basic differences between the Czech accounting standard and IFRS that are relevant for the company being analyzed are also included in this work.

Financial analysis of Philip Morris ČR a.s. aims to illustrate the financial situation of the years 2005 -- 2009. There is a theoretical description of all methods applied in the first part: horizontal and vertical analysis, financial ratios and working capital, bankruptcy and financial standing models and performance evaluation of the company according to EVA. The second part describes the analyzed company, and there are applied the theoretical models. The individual results are then interpreted. In this part is the company also compared with its competitor. The final part of this work answers the question, if the company is, or is not, a financial strong company.
