Bachelor's thesis titled "Marketing Communication of Commercial and Non-profitable Theatres" investigates the influence of theatrical production in regard to the legal form of the theatre operator and also the influence of its founder on the usage of various marketing tools and techniques. The way how theatres communicate with the public and present their current and future production significantly affects the attendance and the economic results of operators. As the conclusion implies, it is not only the legal form which influences the marketing communication. More importantly, it is the professional knowledge and personnel interest of the marketing team.

Project of organisation and management in tourism destination Český Krumlov

Task of this work was to make analysis focused on current management of tourism in the city of Český Krumlov, models of other destinations and business enviroment. On basis of conclusion of those analysis were made posibilities of cooperation and comunication between business enviroment and Destination management ČK, and also were accepted specific steps to improve all activities of this organisation. Data gathered through managed interviews showed complex information of state of destination management in Czech Republic and abroad. In following comparation was found out, at what level is currently destionation managememt in Český Krumlov, Analysis of business enviroment defined relations, which can be improved and amplified, with privat enviroment of city. For purpose of creating communication base was designed specific platform Jourfix. As a next step suggestions for better organisation and coordination of activities of Destination management were defined, including its economic calculations. The main purpose was to correctly evaluate actual situation of this subject and to create specific solutions.

This work is dealing with the financing of dog shelters, the aim of the work is to identify the frequency of the particular legal forms of dog shelters. In order to achieve this purpose it was necessary to find out the frequency of the particular legal forms og dog shelters and to find out if there is any connection between the legal form and the amount of the operational costs.

Inheritance as a Change of Ownership Rights

This bachelor dissertation is committed to inheritance, inheritance law and inheritance as a change of the rights of ownership. The goal of this work is to give enough information so that even the unknowing reader will know what is connected with inheritance, what are the basic terms from this area of law and also the questions of inheritance's inter-family relations because inheritance will be a subject everyone deals with eventually. The subject of this dissertation is inheritance from history until current legal regulation. At the same time there is also mentioned inheritance as a change of ownership law and concepts that are related with this part of civil law. In the introduction is explained the terms of inheritance and inheritance law with the view to the history of Roman law and to the Middle Ages. Next is an explanation of the basic law terms through to our current law regulation. There is also a focus on inheritance procedure including the change of the ownership rights and then will be the process of the registration of the ownership right to the real estate cadastre. With this topic is also connected a possibility of an unmerchantable inheritance. With this topic is connected one of the cases that are mentioned. At the end this work is included practices of the courts.

In the theoretical part has been given an interpretation of the steps leading to the company establishment, choosing the legal form and creating a business plan. In the practical part was created a business plan for a company engaged in building materials sale. The entire document should serve as a manual for starting entrepreneurs.

Legal Aspects of the Clusters´ Functioning

V úvodu diplomové práce jsou definovány klastry a popsán jejich vznik a pricipy fungování. Cílem práce je zanalyzovat právní formy, které přicházejí v úvahu pro klastry v České republice a vymezit soutěžně - právní limity jejich fungování v kontextu hospodářské soutěže. Uvedeny jsou i příklady nejúspěšnějších klastrů ve světě i v České republice. V závěru je popsána případová studie zakládání informačně - technologického klastru.
