The diploma thesis is focused on sanitary installations. Theoretical part is focused on description of flow meters and their categorization and flow measurement. Calculation and project part is about water suplly, sewerage and pipeline in health care center. Building is located in Brno and it is a reconstruction, which is divided into stages. The part of the building, which is solved in this thesis is 5. stage.
Measurement and linearization unit for flow meters

Thesis describes the design and realization of linearization display unit that will receive pulses from a gear flow meter KRACHT whose frequency corresponds to a flow. The measured value is flow that nonlinearly depends on the temperature and viscosity of the medium. The dependency is described by calibration curves for each flow meter. The task of the diploma thesis is to design, implement, and verify the operation of the display unit, which calculates the actual flow rate from the input data (pulse rate, temperature, viscosity, and flow meter calibration curves). The device will contain a suitable user interface to display all measured values, inputs for connecting measuring sensors, and outputs for transmission of measured data. A part of the device will be a USB interface for configuration and uploading calibration curves from a PC application, which is designed by diploma student.
The system for measurement of little flow

Diploma thesis solves how to create system for measurement of little liquid flows. The basic types of liquid flowmeter, which are possible used for measurement of little liquid flows, are described in the introduction part of thesis. The limit for little flow is often determined as flow 100 mg.min-1 and low. Second part of this thesis describes the ways of capillary production and practical experiments with them. Thesis is focused to thick film technology and LTCC technology. Next part of this work is solution of simple measuring unit for measurement of little flows less than 100 mg.min 1, which is controlled by microprocessor ATmega16. The measuring unit can be worked separately or can be connected to PC. The next possibility of flowmeter optimisation is summarized in end of thesis.
Electromagnetic current meters of velocity

This bachelor thesis explains the issue of electromagnetic current meter of velocity. A survey of all available standards on these devices is carried out. Devices are described technically and metrologically. There are also described the possibilities of usage, operating conditions as well as problems of calibration of these devices. Information on available commercially available devices is provided along with a description of all relevant parameters. One selected device model is put to the test of measurement the velocity on the calibration tank of the laboratory, thus the experiences from real calibration measurement are gained and described.
Analysis of Communication Protocols and Modules in Wireless M-Bus

Cílem této bakalářské práce je nahlédnout do problematiky spojené s rozúčtováním nákladů na teplo a vodu pro jednotlivé bytové i průmyslové objekty. Data jsou nejprve zpracována teoreticky s postupným dělením podle typů měřičů a typů odečtů. Okrajově se text věnuje i bezpečnostním prvkům měřičů, které zajištují ochranu proti úmyslnému poškození ze strany zákazníka i neúmyslnému poškození jako takovému. Dále se práce zabývá základními parametry čtyř konkrétních bezdrátových komunikačních modulů podporující Wireless M-Bus. Srovnání těchto parametrů je znázorněno v tabulce. V neposlední řadě se bakalářská práce prakticky věnuje analýze datových telegramů, které konkrétní měřiče vysílají. Analýza je provedena dle standardů. Hlavním přínosem této práce je lepší porozumění bezdrátovým, dálkovým odečtům měřičů tepla, vodoměrů a rozdělovačů topných nákladů.
Ultrasonic flow measurement

Práce se zabývá ultrazvukovými plynoměry, které představují velmi zajímavou alternativu ke konvenčním mechanickým měřidlům. V první části je vysvětlena problematika měření plynu obecně, jsou prezentovány hlavní typy běžně používaných plynoměrů a pozice ultrazvuku mezi konkurujícími si přístupy. Následuje úvod do ultrazvukového měření v kontextu plynoměrů. Práce se specificky věnuje metodě Transit Time, což je nejpopulárnější ultrazvuková metoda využívající měření času průletu akustického signálu pro stanovení rychlosti plynného média v potrubí. Ve druhé části je implementován jednoduchý model ultrazvukového plynoměru se třemi ultrazvukovými kanály. Tento model dokáže měřit rychlost, průtok a proteklý objem plynu. Model také emuluje pulzní výstup používaný v plynárenství pro komunikaci akumulovaného objemu. Technické řešení je založeno na čipu AS6040, což je dedikovaná SoC pro ultrazvukové plynoměry typu Transit Time. Jsou zde prezentovány funkce AS6040, algoritmické řízení celého měřicího systému a klíčové problémy, které bylo nutné během vývoje vyřešit. Model byl poté testován na dýzové zkušebně plynoměrů. Třetí část práce se věnuje analýze získaných dat.
Control System for Management of Water Supply at a Farm

This bachelor thesis deals with installing a new system for the supply and management of water on a farm. A PLC from Unitronics company was chosen with the appropriate modules for control and operation. The PLC program has been written in the UniLogic integrated development environment from Unistronics company using ladder language. The new system is controlled and monitored locally by the HMI panel and remotely by the website. The HMI and the website were created in the UniLogic Integrated Development Environment. The thesis also deals with selecting suitable sensors and components for system regulation.
Measurement of Water Consumption on the Supply of the WC Boarding School Building

The paper provides findings from research on flow measurements in the premises of the boarding school in Brno at all measurement days. The first part of the contribution describes the measurement of flows in the premises of the boarding house. The measurement was carried out in 2019 and the task was to determine the profitability of the use of rainwater for the distribution of working water for the supply of WC. In the second part of the contribution, an evaluation of the measured data on a day-by-day basis from the measured object is made. The third part of the article will discuss the evaluation results and the conclusion of the contribution is a summary by the author.
