The Bachelor's Thesis maps the position of retired people in the Czech Republic from the legal and economic perspectives. It describes the current pension system in the Czech Republic and covers the recent pension reform and savings options. It also includes a practical part where opinions of young and old people regarding pensions, pension amounts, savings and other topics are mentioned. Part of the comparison is also a satisfaction survey among senior citizens in one specific retirement home. The practical part lists options which retired people have and attempts to find the best option.

This bachelor thesis discuss about life insurances of specific financial institutions and its goals is confront specific insurance product, then evaluace its strong and weak qualities against market and potential clients. Main copany will be ING Životní pojišťovna N.V, pobočka pro Českou republiku and key-account insurance product will be investment life insurance Investor Plus. By analyse I am going to find out disadvantages of my produkt against competitor´s products and I will propose its improvement (optimalization) to be more able to compete and more useful for clients.

It deals particularly with a mechanism used by financial advisors of company OVB Allfinanz, a. s. for a choice of a suitable insurance product for their clients. But nowadays it is a large supply of suitable products and it is very time-consuming to choose the right one of them. The point of this thesis is in suggestion of a tree of decision which would be able to make this whole project faster.

Diploma thesis Insurance companies products comparison in the market of Czech Republic focuses on the subgroup of life insurance which is term life insurance. Thesis is divided in to the theoretical part, where the situation of Czech insurance market is brought in details and it depicts and analyses life insurance as a whole to emphasize the reason of selection of term life insurance outside of the other types. Theoretical part is constructed the way to enlighten the issues of life insurance for ordinary readers and on other hand to provide professionals working in this sector with useful and beneficial information. The core of the thesis is represented by practical part, where deep analysis of particular products and their interpretation and application on defined groups consisting of different people structures is provided. Thesis is trying to emphasize an importance of ensuring personal well-being via insurance and aspires to be helpful as a tool when choosing a right product of life insurance as well.

Dopady směrnice EU k životnímu pojištění na pojistný trh v České republice

My bachelor thesis deals with life insurance, definition of it and classification, and find impacts on EU directive as a consequence legislative change, which the aim was removed a discrimination by determination different premium according to gender on insurance market in the Czech Republic. The thesis is focus on life insurance and his meaning in life. For finding impact on legislative change as a consequence EU directive came into effect is using model of time series written premium of life insurance of selected insurance company. The change is demonstrating on comparison between differences before and after validity unisex directive based on model example. At the end of bachelor thesis is conclusion and evaluation.

This work demonstrates the significance of life insurance and describes types of life insurance and analyzes co-temporary development of these products. There is a review of the market in Czech Republic. The own research focused on the comparison of the offer of term assurances of particular insurers is the important part of the thesis. Finally is the recommendation for the expansion of this type of insurance included.
