	The impact of demographic ageing on changes in employment policy in Europe in the years 2000 - 2015 Trčová, Barbora ; Bartůsková, Lucia (advisor) ; Lukášová, Tereza (referee) This bachelor thesis deals with changes in employment policy of older people when especially at the time of ageing populations the emphasis should be put on preventive measures on increasing of employment of older workers. The aim of the thesis is to analyze and evaluate the development of policy changes in employment of older people in selected European countries in the years 2000 - 2015 - with a detailed look at Great Britain and Germany - and to compare these policies with the situation in the Czech Republic. It assesses that the introduction of changes in the employment policy of people 50+ in Great Britain and Germany was effective and employment of persons aged 50 - 64 years increased in 2000 - 2015. 	Ageing and employment policy in the Czech Republic in the years 2000 - 2012 Šubrtová, Tereza ; Krebs, Vojtěch (advisor) ; Kotýnková, Magdalena (referee) This thesis deals with the employment of older persons in the labor market in the Czech Republic. The aging of the population is currently becoming a major demographic feature in most developed countries, including the Czech Republic, which is causing social and economic problems. Employment of older persons is becoming more important. The aim of the study is to evaluate the development of the employment of older people in the Czech Republic in the years 2000 - 2012 and to propose measures that would contribute to its increase. In the theoretical part of the thesis are discussed factors that affect the employment of older persons. These include demographic changes, age discrimination, setting of the retirement system or measures of the European Union. Practical part of thesis is primarily engaged in employment of older persons in the Czech Republic and there are presented advantages and disadvantages of older workers and the proposals of individual actions that could contribute to increase the employment rate of older people. 	The population age structure of South Bohemia and the concept of social care for older people BARTKOVÁ, Veronika The present work deals with the population age structure of South Bohemia in the years 1991 to 2007, with main focus on people over 65 years. In the introduction deals with the objectives and assumptions of work, literature searching and processing methodology. Other chapters deal with the analysis of population age structure and analysis of current capacity in social care for older people, specifically in homes for the elderly. It will identify areas with higher rates of the elderly population. The central part of the work is its own projection of population development of the South Bohemian Region and its districts until 2057, focusing on older people. The last chapter is devoted to forecast capacity needs of care facilities for older people in the medium term. Work is completed on the cartographic output, tables and graphs. Detailed record
