Ochrana krajiny s významnými kulturně historickými hodnotami: Krajina bitvy u Sudoměře

Aims of this bachelor thesis are to identify and define the natural and cultural-historical values of the area of interest, specifically the cadastral territory of Sudoměř u Čejetic, Mladějovice and Lhota u Kestřan. The definition is based on old and current maps, field research and studied literature. Next thing that is this bachelor thesis focused on is to assess the current state of the current phenomena, the potential danger that can be read from the planning documentation, and finding elements that would endanger the interest values, find a way of their elimination. In case that there is no threat, there are going to be suggested possible ways how to develop the territory. The first - introduction- sets out the aims and hypothesis od this bachelor thesis. The theoretical part is focused on the introduction of the area of interest, discussion with literature and methodology of the thesis with the definition of both natural and cultural-historical values of the territory, using old and current maps, but also the field survey. In the practical part, the given values are evaluated and the map structure from 1830 and from the present is compared. Possible threats are identified and then suggested the possible development of the site. At the end of this bachelor thesis there are evaluated and the reflected results of this thesis.

This thesis deals with the assessment and protection of landscape character as the main instrument in connection with landscape conservation, the image of landscapes, and their aesthetic and natural values. In the beginning, the thesis focuses on the topic state of nature and landscape in the Czech Republic and describes the development history of the protection of nature and it analyzes fundamental principles of nature and landscape in the Czech Republic. The main part of the bachelor thesis deals with assessment and protection of landscape character. Natural parks in the South Bohemian region are also shown and described. The bachelor thesis at the end highlights issues related to the landscape character. It mentions the problem of the impact of wind turbines on landscape chracter.
Processing of common facilities plan in the complex land consolidation in selected area

This diploma thesis presents a plan proposal for the common facilities in a complex land consolidation carried out in the locality of Loučky u Jihlavy in the Vysočina region. The first, theoretical part is a literature research of land treatment and the plan for common facilities including the scope of exploration work necessary for its preparation. The practical part comprises field work, its assessment and description of the cadastral area. The thesis provides a complete list of information and findings of the fieldwork with focus on measures leading to accessibility of the land parcels, anti-erosion measures, water management measures and measures to ensure climate protection. The findings are listed in both a textual and graphic form.

Chromá, L.: Environmentally friendly forms of tourism in the protected landscape areas of Šumava with a specific focus on agrotourism. Master thesis. Department of Landscape Management, Faculty of Agriculture, University of South Bohemia, České Budějovice, 88 s. Gentle forms of tourism can be defined as tourism that focuses on nature, culture and historical wealth. The theoretical part includes a literary research focused on the description and geography of tourism, tourism psychology, motivation and travel experience. An important part is the issue of the negative impacts of tourism, where afterwards the gentle forms of tourism are highlighted. The presented work is focused mainly on the attractiveness of agrotourism as a form of leisure time, where it is mainly about the trace of public interest. Another, no less important goal is to find out the contribution of agro-tourism to the participants and the village, the attractiveness of the Šumava for visitors, the reason for the establishment of agrotourism farms and the support of the state.
Legislation protecting undeveloped land

This thesis deals with the matter of regulation concerning undeveloped landscape protection. The focus here is an analysis of the legal regulation and instruments governing serving to protection of land in terms of its quantity and quality both from the perspective of environmental law and in terms of town and country planning. Land as a key resource is not unlimited and its unreasonable and irresponsible exploitation might have serious impact to the future generations. In this thesis, which is divided into three chapters I focus on various aspects of legal protection of undeveloped landscape from the perspective of different laws governing the matter. The first chapter contains definitions of key terms used for the purpose of the thesis. The second chapter focuses on different instruments of undeveloped landscape protection, which are town and country planning, general protection of nature, special protection areas and protection of soil, especially on farmlands and forests. The third chapter analyzes the conflict of the right of ownership and the Constitutionally guaranteed right to a hospitable environment. Special attention is given to expropriation for the purpose of nature protection.
Typology of Nature Parks in the Czech Republic

Typology of Nature Parks in the Czech Republic Nature parks cover about one tenth of the Czech Republic. They are classified under general protection of nature and landscape in the nature and landscape system of our state and primarily serve to protect the landscape character with significant aesthetic, natural and cultural values. Nature parks are currently set up by a law regulation by regional authorities. This thesis provides comprehensive information about all nature parks in the Czech Republic, describes their history and their present form. The thesis deals with the research of landscape protection and landscape character. The main result of the thesis is the creation of a typology of natural parks of the Czech Republic, rated by their landscape coverage and selected natural conditions - altitude, typological division of the relief, climatic conditions and height vegetation levels. The protection of landscape in the law This thesis deals with the legal protection of landscape, focusing on its general protection, i.e., the protection of the landscape outside built-up areas excluding its special protected parts. The main aim of the submitted thesis is to present the basic overview on legal institutes that are provided by the substantial law in force for general landscape protection and, moreover, to describe the most significant ones in detail. The thesis is divided into three chapters, each of them devoted to the study of various aspects of the issue under investigation. In the introductory chapter, general grounds of the landscape protection are described. It is subdivided into three parts. The first part attempts to give a precise meaning to the term "landscape". Further, the historical development of legal landscape protection is outlined in the second part. Finally, the third part deals with the significance of landscape, factors affected its current state, and reasons for its protection. Chapter Two focuses on the substantive law on the international level. This thesis deals with tourism and impacts of tourism on the geographic environment. The main purpose is detection of impacts of tourism character, their concentration and intensity in protected area. In this research, author chose the region of the Křivoklatsko protected landscape area. Other aspect this thesis is detection of attandance evolution in confrontation with the proposed Křivoklátsko national park. The thesis deals with the assessment of landscape character of the selected and mapped locations. It also covers the topic of establishing orchards and their integration into the local landscape. The theoretical part describes the history of orchards in the Czech Republic, defines the notion of landscape and landscape protection in the Czech legislation. Furthermore it explains general information of the drawing of European grants and mentions practical solution of orchards in land consolidations. The practical part consists of elaborated details of the project of planting and management technologies in a particular orchard. There is a description of the basic rules for getting a grant contribution in the field of landscaping. This part deals with landscape assessment including a proposal for a potential increase and protection of the landscape in the area.

The bachelor thesis focuses on specially protected areas in the Czech Republic, the situation in the world is also mentioned. These areas are enshrined in our legislation and they are one of the most important tools for nature and landscape protection. Specially protected areas are set up on natural or aesthetically important localities with remarkable or important biological diversity, with a unique geological structure, characterizing landscape features of cultural landscape and on territories important for scientific research. They are divided into different categories that determine the degree of protection in the announced territory. The aim of the specially protected areas is to safeguard, maintain and improve the extant state of the locality, or left the area its spontaneous evolution.
