Construction technological project of the shopping center LETMO in Brno

The dissertation deals with construction-technlogical project of Letmo commercial centre in Brno.The building is situated in the city centre. The main task of this thesis was to suggest and solve the question of the constructrion site equipment. That is applied in each construction phase – ground works, recontruction of the steel load-carrying arrangement, reconstruction of pipelines, roof and the ventilated facade. The ventilated facade is very specific in case of this building as that is aired out using air-conditioning system. Moreover, the thesis goes in for works timeline of the shopping centre Letmo, budget according to THU, technological code for ventilated fasade and inspecting and testing schedule.

The thesis solves construction technological project of the Regional Centre of Advanced Technologies and Materials in Olomouc. The thesis contains a engineering report to the resolved issues, block plan and block plan drawing, technological regulation for CFA piles and testing plan for CFA piles. Other parts of the thesis are the schedule, itemized budget for the shell construction, calculation structures according THU, time and financial plan of the whole building, work safety in the implementation of cast-in-place reinforced concrete structures, design of machine formation and solution organization of construction, which includes an engineering report site equipment and site equipment drawing.

These reconstruction is primarily interior renovation, the rooms of clients and staff facilities, but also the surrounding of the building. All work will be in full operation. Consideration of this factor in the organization of construction is the main subject of this thesis, which shall include traffic contexts, costing, budget, time schedule, equipment of construction site, construction machinery, technology procedure, occupational safety and resources.

Implementation of Roofing of Hotel in Třebíč

The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is the emplementation of roofing of hotel in the city of Třebíč. Technological projects for realization warm flat roof and for roof terrace were made. The inspections and the test plans deal with the quality of these processes. A budget and a time schedule have been drawn up as well, there is also a plan for a set of necessary machines. In addition, the thesis includes a project of site equipment and review of broader transport relation. For the most accurate data’s was made the laying plan.
