The aim of this thesis is to determine the market value of the company JIHOOBAL, s.r.o. to 1.1.2010. The thesis is divided into five parts - strategic analysis, financial analysis, the generators of value and financial plan, valuation. The valuation is made by DCF APV method, as an alternative method is chosen method of market comparison.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to estimate the Market Value of the company MAKOVEC a.s. as of 1. 1. 2010. The diploma thesis is devided into 5 parts - information about the company, financial analysis, strategic analysis, the value generators and financial plan and the valuation of the company. The financial analysis assesses the financial health of the company, the result of the strategic analysis is the forecast of the company's sales. Next steps are analysis and projection of value generators and construction of the financial plan. Using the DCF Equity method and the market comparison approach the market value of the company was set.

The goal of the thesis is to find out the value of the company New World Resources N. V. to date 31st of December 2008. In the beginning of the thesis is itroduced company profile, then is this thesis divided into four parts. In the introduction of each part are shortly characterized essential theoretical aspects, which are then used in practical application. The result of strategic analysis is prediction of sales. In the financial analysis there is interpreted financial health of the society. In the third part are estimated generators of values and then is arranged the financial plan, which is basis for the final valuation. Market value of the company is determinated by income approach, especially by the method of DCF Entity. This thesis includes also methods of market comparison.

The thesis consists of strategic analysis, which results into forecast of revenues of the company, financial analysis, which is focused on situation of financial health of the company. Next parts of the thesis are analysis and prediction of generators of value, financial plan and final evaluation. For evaluation was used DCF APV method and market comparison method.
