Family house Bratčice

The aim of the project is a new building of a family house in the cadastral area Bratčice, South Moravian Region. The house is in the row of existing development. It is designed for a family of four. The building has no basement and two floors. On the first floor there is an entrance, garage and main day area. On the second floor there is a bedrooms, work room and utility room. The building is designed mainly in wall system of Porotherm. There is a shed roof with a dormer and flat roof. The facade is designed as an external thermal insulation composite system or as a ventilated facade.
Detached family house, Moravské Budějovice

This work deals with the design of a newly-built single-family house, which is located in the cadastral area of the town of Moravske Budejovice. It is a two-floor house without a basement, which is designed for a family of four. The house is detached. The vertical loadbearing structures are lined with ceramic blocks HELUZ, insulated by contact thermal insulation system from polystyrene plates. The building is covered with a shed roof with a slope of 7°. Garage is part of the house and has shed roof with a slope 5°.
Apartment house Židlochovice

The aim of the bachelor thesis is the processing of project documentation for the construction of an apartment building. Building is situated in the city of Židlochovice, street Nádražní on building plots 548/8 and 548/11. The apartment building have three above-ground floors and one basement. In the basement are situated cellars, bicycle and pram room, common room, workshop and technical room. In the ground floor is situated four dwelling units of size 1+kk. In the second floor is situated two dwelling units of size 3+kk and 4+kk. In the top floor is situated two dwelling units of size 3+kk. External walls of the basement are from permanent formwork, the rest of the external walls are made of cut brick blocks. The building is insulated with ETICS contact thermal insulation system. Ceiling of the basement is two way cast-in-place reinforced slab. The ceilings of the other floors are semi-mounted ceilings consisting of brick inserts and ceiling beams. There is a elevator in the apartment house. The roof of the building is a warm flat roof with continuous waterproofing layer of asphalt sheet. The staircase is a monolithic reinforced concrete slab. There is wall structural system.
Housing for Seniors

The diploma thesis is elaboration of project documentation of the object Housing for seniors in Brno - Dolní Heršpice. The site is located un the area with the planned development of the city. The object is detached, three-story with a partial basement. The building is divided into five parts. The building is based on concrete foundation pads and strips. The structural construction is a combined column and wall system in technological design as monolithic concrete. The building is designed as a low energy building, with contact insulation (ETICS). The whole building is designed with forced air exchange. An extensive and intensive walkable flat roof is designed. The aim is to create small, barrier-free, community housing with affordable services and support, with a possible life expectancy. Services for the elderly with reduced self-sufficiency and with mild health and mental dysfunctions are considered. The building is equipped with space for accommodation with a capacity of 48 beds, space for eating with a separate kitchen, space for leisure and physical activities, space for basic health and social care and space for administrative and technical facilities. The construction is divided into several buildings, the subject of the thesis is primarily the solution SO.01 - Housing for seniors
Apartment house

The master´s thesis "Apartment house" is in form of project documentation containing all appropriateness in accordance with valid regulations. The house is designed as a detached house and without a cellar. The house is rectangular dimension, with a flat vegetation roof. The house has four floors with loggias, balconies and terraces. The house has 10 housing units. On the first floor is the accessory apartments: bicycle room, technical room, cellar room and garage. In the house is projected a lift. The house is made of brick system with a contact insulated system. The part of thesis is a heat-technical opinion, calculations staircase and foundation construction.
Boarding House

This diploma thesis solves a project documentation of boarding house and contains appurtenances according to valid regulations. The house is as a detached house, without basement. It has rectangular size and is covered with a flat one coat roof and saddle roof with truss girders. The house has three floors with terrace. On the second and third floor is 14 guest rooms with social rooms. On the first floor is: pram room, bicycle/ski room, reception, utility rooms, wellness, restaurant, kitchen. In the house is designed a elevator. The house is brick with a contact thermal insulation system. Ceiling constructions are from prestressed panels. The house is designed on sloping terrain from south to north.
Detached family house, Hrabová

This bachelor´s thesis presents the design of a new house focussing on the project documentation for the building realization. The house comprised of one storey and a basement is designed for a family of four. The building is located in a slope terrain in the village Hrabová u Dubicka. Foundation structures are realized with plain concrete continuous footing. Vertical supportive constructions are designed from lost formwork concrete panels and the Liapor blocks. Ceiling constructions are realized with supported reinforced concrete slabs. The building is flat roof. The project documentation is processed with the help of the ArchCAD computer programme.
Selected Parts of the Construction Technology Project for an Apartment Building in Kroměříž

In my master’s thesis, I deal with the preparation and implementation of selected parts of the construction technology project of an apartment building in Kroměříž. It is a non-basement building with 5 above-ground floors. The content of my master’s thesis is the preparation of a technical report for a construction and engineering project, a coordination situation with the solution of closer traffic relations, an assessment of the route of the tower crane, the object's time and financial plan, calculation according to THU, a study of the implementation of the main technological stages of the construction object, a construction site equipment project, which contains a technical report of the construction site equipment for rough construction and finishing works, as well as drawings for the given stages, a design of the main construction machines and mechanisms, a time schedule, an itemized budget for selected parts of SO 01.4, a technological regulation for the ETICS insulation system, a technological regulation for the installation of windows. Control and test plans were drawn up for both technological regulations. Furthermore, in my diploma thesis, there are catchment systems of flat roofs and the blow-door test.
Pension for the Elderly in Telnice

Topic of this master’s thesis is a retirement house in village Telnice. The project was designed directly for village Telnice according to their requirements. It is a three-floor construction complied with country style. The building has a saddle roof. A flat roof is used over terraces which join each floor with the outside. Construction material is brick masonry with a thermal insulation system. Parts of the diploma’s thesis are also calculations of the thermal-technical parameters and fire safety of the building, concrete structures and technical equipments of building.
The Area of the Horseback Riding Club in the Village Tereziny Dary

The aim of the diploma thesis is design an area of a horseback riding club in the village Tereziny Dary in form of project documentation. The area will be used for comfortable housing of small amount of horses and their training for military competition. There are an accommodation for staff, an accommodation for guests, a meeting place for club´s members, a stable for horses, an outdoor riding school and an indoor riding school in the area. For purpose of the thesis the building SO01 – Club Facilities was processed in detailed design documentation. The buildings SO02 – Stable and SO03 – Indoor Riding School were processed in architectural study documentation.
