Detached house

The subjekt of this bachelor’s thesis was to design a detached house and process the study and the design documentation for this house. House will serve as permanent housing for a 4 member family. The walls in basement will consist of permanent formwork, in ground floor will consist of cut brick blocks with an additional contact thermal insulation system ETICS, the ceiling will be reinforced concrete constructions and the house will have a non-moving flat roof. Part of the documentation i salso design covered parking place for two cars.
Building of the municipal office

The master’s thesis deals project documentation of building of the municipal office in Jablonné nad Orlicí. The office will also serve small villages near. The house is irregular shape. It have one underground floor and two overground floors. The underground floor is only under part of house, so the house is partial basement. Part of first floor is open garage for 7 employee car. The object is roofed by sloping hipped roof with a slope of 15° from wood trusses. The house is brick and have contact insulation system. The anticipated number of employees of municipal office is 24. The building is located on flat land in centre of town in existing buildings in cadastral Jablonné nad Orlicí.
Apartment Building near the Stromovka Park

This bachelor thesis contains design documentation of a new apqrtment building in Ceske Budejovice near the town park. It is a four storey object with basement, containing seven apartments, common area and a rentable lounge. The structure of the building is designed as masonry system manufactured by Porotherm, outside walls have a contact thermal isulation. Only the basement walls are made of permanent concrete framework. Balconies and terraces for every apartment are supported by reinforced concrete columns. Roof is designed as flat, stabilised by gravel. The design was concentrated on high user comfort and overall modern concept of apartment building.
Accommodation facility

The subject of this master thesis is a project for the construction of accommodation facility with a basement. The building is located in Ostrava close to the historical centre of the city. The building is a 4starcategory accommodation facility and will serve as temporary accommodation. There will be a restaurant and a gym designed for hotel guests only. The accommodation capacity is 68 guests. A car park for hotel visitors is situated close to the hotel. It is a brick structure made of sand-lime blocks,monolithic ceilings and a first underground floor. The building is insulated with ETICS system. Paste-like plaster and brick tapes were used for facade construction. The roof is made up of one roof surface and the foundation will be realized on the foundation strips. The building is situated on flat terrain. The project was developed in ArchiCad21, AutoCad 2016 and SketchUp.
Apartment building

This bachelor project describes design of an apartment building on the plot no. 318 in the cadastral area Přibyslav. The plot is sloped to the North. The building has three above-ground floors. It is designed as a masonry (Porotherm systém) building. The envelope is insulated with expanded polystyrene panels. Floor structures are designed as pre-stressed concrete panels. The building has flat green roof with semi-intensive vegetation.
Jail Hrotovice

This thesis called THE HROTOVICE JAIL consists of the project documentation of the cell block 1 and the kitchen building. The block 1 has got three floors and the kitchen building has got one floor. Both structures have got the flat roof. The block 1 consists of two-way skeletal system of ferroconcrete and it is walled by the POROTHERM system. The kitchen building also consists of the POROTHERM system. Both buildings are insulated by insulation system with EPS.
Apartment house U Jasanu

The bachelor’s thesis deals with the design of a new apartment building, located in Velké Meziříčí. The apartment building is designed as a detached house, set in a slanted terrain. The building has a basement with three floors. The entrance to the building is possible from the southern side. There is a total of 10 residential units in the apartment, spread from the 1st to the 3rd floor. In terms of size, the flats are a single room with a kitchenette (1+KK), two rooms with a kitchenette (2+KK) and three rooms with a kitchenette (3+KK). The building is in the shape of the letter T, with overhanging jetties located on the north-east and north-west side. On the south side, the residential units have balcony structures. The overall floor plan‘s dimensions of the apartment building are 24.12 x 11.92 metres. The apartment building is designed in Porotherm technology with contact insulation. The horizontal structures are designed as a reinforced-concrete-monolithic-ceiling structure. The roof of the apartment building is realised by using a non-walking vegetation flat roof. The color of the facade is white with shades of light grey in the overhanging structures and in the stairwell.
Two-generation family house

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of a new two-generation family detached house, which is located in the cadastral area of the municipality Lužice near Hodonín. It is a two-floor building with a partial basement. Parking is available on the paved area next to the building. The house is designed for two four-member families. External walls of above ground floors are constructed from Heluz bricks with contact thermal insulation system. External walls of the underground floor are constructed from concrete blocks of lost formwork, which are also insulated. Ceiling structures are designed from prefabricated Heluz ceiling panels. The building is roofed with gable roof with a sloupe of 30 degrees. The bachelor thesis is elaborated in the form of project documentation for realization of the construction.
Holiday Hotel Lipno

This diploma thesis contains design documentation of of a new hotel in Lipno nad Vltavou near the Lipno reservoir. It is a building with three floors, a non-residential attic and a partial basement, where there will be underground garages for guests and technical facilities of the hotel. The building will accommodate a total of 70 people in 27 hotel rooms. The building is also equipped with a hotel restaurant, gym, massages and a sauna. The structure of the building is designed as masonry system manufactured by Heluz, supplemented by a reinforced concrete skeletal system, outside walls have a contact thermal isulation. Only the basement walls are made of permanent concrete framework. Horizontal structures are made of reinforced concrete monolithic slabs. The roofing is designed with two rounded opposite counter roofs in two levels raised by roof trusses and further supplemented by a flat vegetation roof. The modern look is underlined by the materials used. These include the glazed railings of balconies or terraces and their location, as well as the combination of white facades with facade cladding made of fiber-cement boards in imitation wood. The design was concentrated on high user comfort and overall modern concept of the hotel.
Apartment building, Střelice

The subject of the bachelor thesis is design of a new detached apartment building in Střelice. It is presented as a form part of project documentation for a building construction. The building has a cellar and two above-ground floors. It is founded on a strip foundation and pads. The building is roofed by a single-shell flat roof. There are 4 apartment units in the above-ground part containing 3 rooms with a kitchen and 4 rooms with a kitchen with a balcony or a terrace. In the basement, there are technical facilities, four individual garages and storage space for residents of the apartments. Structural system of the building is wall transversal masonry system from clay blocks. Part of the ceiling structure is made of cast-in-place reinforced concrete and the rest is beam and block ceiling structure. The whole building is insulated with contact thermal insulation.
