The bachelor's thesis is focused on the topic of the appropriate choice of financing business activities. Here, more specifically, I will deal with a suitable choice of reconstruction for the hostel and the hostel complex. The theoretical part describes the possibilities of financing and analysis of the situation in the company. In the analytical part, the knowledge from the theoretical will be used to perform analyzes of the company, which serves as a basis for the design part, where the most appropriate method is chosen.

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to find a suitable financial side of the project for the acquisition of a multimedia trade fair exhibition. The theoretical part is devoted to the introduction of various forms of financing, analysis used in the analysis of the current situation and ratios. In the analytical part based on, the analysis of the current state and financial analysis is performed. The design part deals with the selection of a suitable solution for the selected project.

The main goal of this bachelors thesis is to define and describe problematics of construction contracts from the financial point of view. More specificly from the point of view of someone who invests money into them. The thesis contents explenations of terms like building order, construction market members and some kinds of financial resourses which can be used to finance those types of contracts. Last but not least, there is an analysis of financial plan of the real construction contract supplemented by suggestions of possible changes in this financial plan.

Recruitment and Selection of Employees in Selected Company

This bachelor thesis concerns about human resource management, specifically focuses on recruitment and selection of employees. The main object of the thesis, regarding acquired knowledge from literature review and empirical research, is to evaluate the process of recruitment and selection of employees in terms of selected company. For this purpose, it is made apparent observation, completed by a survey with the human resource department and managers. Results of analysis of current state are used to find a solution that improves records of candidates and also improves cooperation of human resource department with managers when selecting employees. Another solution aims at students of key areas, from which company is recruiting its own employees. In general, those solutions improve the process of recruitment and selection of employees.

Recruitment and Selection of Employees in Selected Company

The thesis relates with searching and selection of employees in a selected company in ŠKODA AUTO a.s. The main aim of the thesis is on the basis of analysis to evaluate the system of searching and selection of employees in conditions of a concrete company and in the case of finding defects to suggest appropriate measures.
The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical ones. In the first part, there si prepared a theoretical base on the basis of secondary sources analysis. Theoretical part of the work focuses on the basic definition of human resource management and recruitment and selection of employees. It describes the ways and methods of searching and selection of employees. On the basis of the results of a qualitative survey (the techniques of collecting data includes the analysis of documents, half-structured interview with a human resources worker and a observations) the summary is evaluated with the attention on found defects such as a absence of References and the recommendations aiming to improve present condition and rising effectivity of recruitment process are defined.

The Funding of a public order from the perspective of a contractor

This thesis deals with funding of contract from the point of view of contractor. It describes the possibility of financing the building both from the internal and external sources. All conditions that had to be met to win the contract will be explained on a real situation and the way and development of financing the contract will be described as well. The goal of the thesis is to define and suggest all possible changes in funding of the agreed contract from the contractor´s point of view.

The theoretical part is about financial resources, the analysis of current state, the methods of investment return rating and rentability indicators. In the analytical part I make current state analysis and financial analysis. The proposal part presents optimal ways of finanacing this project.

The diploma thesis deals with the problems of external financing company LAZAM CZ s. r. o. The first, theoretical, part contains general discussion about the possibilities of external financing of the company, mainly through credit drawing one of the banks operating in the Czech Republic. The method is literature review. Second, analytic, part then solves selection of company and it’s product, which is suitable for company LAZAM CZ s. r. o. It is used several methods of evaluating the situation of the company and it’s surroundings. The analysis and used methods are aimed to fulfill the main goal set thesis.

Financing of Building Order from the Aspect of Supplier

This thesis deals with the financing contract from a practical point of view. The aim of this work is to describe the possibilities of financial security building contracts from the perspective of the supplier. In the theoretical part are characterized by basic concepts related to the topic and a practical part of the thesis describes the public works. The practical part of the procurement documents to obtain the tender and subsequent recording contract for work. The example of the practice was described the process of financing construction of the contractor. The work shows a significant difference between planned and actual funding process.
