Villahouse Kasalka in Humpolec

This diploma thesis deals with the project documentation of villa house Kasalka in Humpolci. The house is situated in the region Highland in the village Humpolec, cadastral territory of Humpolec. The building is designed as a five-story brick building, where the vertical structures are designed from a structural system POROTHERM. The external walls are insulated. The building is covered with three flat roof decks at different heights, two of which are walkable and used as terraces. The building includes Garage for ten cars of type 1a and small establishment an office type.

Multipurpose facility Olomouc

This thesis is focused on designing a new multipurpose building with parts used for apartments, administration offices and a bar. The land, which the building is situated on, is located in the city of Olomouc. The structure consist of five above-ground floors and one underground floor, where a garage is designed. The vertical supporting construction are made of reinforced cast-in-place concrete columns, the horizontal of reinforced concrete cast-in-place boards, other vertical walls are made of sand-lime and aerated concrete blocks. The roof is warm flat.
New building of residential house

Project documentation for detached new build of residential house with flat roof consisting of four floors. In the floors are situated 12 apartments of various sizes. The basement is designed as a technical floor with garage. There is one parking space for each apartment. The underground part of the building is reinforced concrete and the other floors are of ceramic masonry blocks.
Flat House in Boskovice

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of a detached apartment building in Boskovice. The object of the apartment building is set in a slightly sloping terrain, has one basement and three above-ground floors. There are six covered parking spaces and nine residential units. On each floor there are three residential units of different layout. The building is designed from a structural system of ceramic fittings, basement and part of the foundation structure are from lost formwork. The ceilings are monolithic reinforced concrete, the roof is designed as a warm flat roof. The work includes project documentation for the construction.

The subject of this diploma thesis is elaboration of project of a residential house. The object is divided into 3 buildings objects. The building has five floors. In first above-ground there is a mass garage for 36 cars. In others grounds there are 24 residential units. In each ground is for each apartment separate lockable cellar. Object is predominantly covered with flat roofs. The staircase area is covered with sloping roof.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is a newly-built apartment house, part of the basement is above the ground level. The main part of the residential building is rectangular with an L shape extension as a garaging. There will be a living roof above the garaging. The residential building is a three-storey building with a top floor being within a roof space and one basement floor. The basement consists of storage and utility area for the apartments, including bicycle store, workshop and seven parking spaces, one of which is allocated for disabled. Five residential units are provided with one unit designated as wheelchair accessible.
Apartment house

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the creation of design documentation for the construction of an apartment building. The building is located on a slightly sloping plot. The apartment building is designed as a stepped house with terraces and retreating stories. It has two floors and a basement, which is partly underground and part protrudes above the ground. There is a garage compound with four parking spaces In the basement. On the first floor there are 2 apartments with a layout of 3 rooms + a kitchenette. On the second floor there are 2 apartments with a layout of 2 rooms + a kitchenette. A walled structural system is being used. The external masonry in the basement is made out of permanent formwork from concrete blocks. The external masonry of the above-ground floors is made of Porotherm ceramic masonry and is insulated with external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS). The internal masonry is made of Porotherm ceramic masonry units. The structure is based on strips foundation and is roofed by a warm flat roof. The horizontal structures are made of prestressed concrete Spiroll panels and monolithic reinforced concrete slabs.
Multifunctional Building

The subject of the thesis is the development of a project for a multifunctional building between U Hajenky and Koksová Streets in Ostrava. The building has five floors with one underground floor with a collective garage for parking. On the first floor there are commercial spaces. The following floors are used for housing (14 residential units). The building has a combined support system based on piles. In 1.PP and 1.NP - reinforced concrete walls and columns. 2.ND-4.ND – load-bearing masonry walls, sand-lime bricks. The building is roofed with a flat roof. The multifunctional building is designed on a slope.
A Municipal Apartment Building

The subject of this bachelor thesis is a new building of a four-storey non-blocked apartment building in Jeseník nad Odrou. The apartment building consists of five residential units with a garage and common rooms. The whole object is then covered with a cold roof. The main entrance to the building is located on the northeast side of the building at the 1st floor level. The main living rooms are oriented on energy-efficient sides. The vertical constructions are made mainly of Porotherm ceramic system components. Ceiling structures are designed as prefamily filigree. Stairs are monolithic reinforced concrete. The project was processed using the AutoCAD software.
