Bachelor´s thesis deals with the project documentation for the realization of a new family house designed for inhabitition by four persons. The house has a partial basement and one floor. The construction is designed from traditional building materials. The house is roofed with a hipped roof. The thesis also contains a seminar thesis, which deals with waterproofing of lower part of the building and radon arrangement.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is to proces a design documentation for construction of apartment building that is situated in city part Brno-Chrlice in Břestislavova street on the plot number 505/3. Apartment building is non-basement and contains 11 hoising unit. Wall construction system is built from clay block Porotherm. Ceilings are represented by cast-in-place reinforced floor slab. The buildig is covered by hipped roof. There are 10 outdoor parking spaces near the building.

Bachelor’s thesis deals with a design of a house with design office. It is the new house on a plot number 3052/58, which is located in the city of Bystřice nad Pernštejnem in Vysočina. The building is identified for housing four members family (parents, two children). Part of the building is design office, which owner of the house will use for his business activity. In the future it is possible this office rent out. The building is without cellar. The house has two floors, the design office and a garage have one floor. The vertical contructions are designed from a sandwich brickwork. A hipped roof is designed.

The bachelor thesis deals with new residential building with a pharmacy and is processed as project documentation. The building is located on the Rybnické suburbs in Jindřichův Hradec town, street Landfrasova, the plot number 3526/61. The building has 4 floors and no basement. On the 1st floor there is a pharmacy type A, then building technical facilities and storage flats. In the other three floors with a total of 6 residential units of two types namely 2 + kk and 3 + kk. The last fourth floor is designed as a loft. The building is designed in the longitudinal wall support system, a complex system POROTHERM. Ceiling designs as well. The roof is designed as a hipped concrete tiles with wooden support system at two levels.

The subject of this thesis is to address the roof of a residential building in Prague 8. All attachments solves the type of roof hipped roofs and flat roofs. Construction Technology project work solves a given technological stage primarily to organization, including drawing, building equipment, budget, technological specification for roofing the building, the schedule of the technological steps, design of machine assembly, quality requirements and ensure safety and structural details.

The bachelor thesis deals with design realization of apartment house in suburban part of Žilina-Budatín. The building has been designed for plot n. 712/108, which has got flat surface and it is without any other building. The apartment house has got three above ground storeys and underground, which is used for garage. External load-bearing structures of above ground storeys are designed from blocks Ytong complemented with contact thermal insulation system from mineral wool. External load-bearing walls in basement are made from hollow concrete blocks with concrete encasement and reinforced with steel. Floor structure in the building has been designed from prefabricated floor Rectobeton. The building is roofed with hipped roof under 15° angel. The building has been designed with 8 housing units; one of them has been designed as barrier-free housing unit, 3 two-room, 2 three-room and 2 four-room housing units with different layout of the floor. Moreover there are common room, cellar area with technical room, room for prams and basement garage with 13 parking places in the building.

The house has an atypical layout with overall dimensions of 16.5 x 17.35 m The plot is built separate parking space. Family house is single-storey with a hipped roof. The building is partly basement. The supporting system of vertical and horizontical structures are made by Porotherm blocks. In the basement of the structure of concrete blocks. Truss structure is formed using the truss system.

This thesis solves the construction of a pension that is situated on the street Vídeňská in Mikulov. It is 3-storey building and it is based on strip foundations. The roofing of the pension is solved with hipped mansard roof. The building plot is on the mildly sloping terrain, situated towards the south. Technical design solves the object, which is suitable for short accommodation in form of the pension with full board. The purpose of the use of the building is providing accommodation and restaurant services.
