Title: Testing and evaluation of game performance in tennis. Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to compare a standardized international ITN test and a practice match. Methods: In this thesis, qualitative and quantitative methods are used for data collection. The interviewing was done by semi-structured interview. The results are systematically arranged and tabulated for better understanding of the thesis. The process of testing the game performance is examined by observation. The comparative method was used to compare the measured results when testing the standardized international ITN test and the modified practice match (singles). Results: The values measured during testing were processed and compared. The results obtained show two testing stages that took place on four different days. Three categories were tested, where each category consisted of two probands (players) representing different tennis levels. Based on the data obtained, we can compare the relationships between the probands' estimates and the actual results. Keywords: tennis, game performance, ITN test

Title: Evaluation of selected features of U11 players game performance Objective: The main aim of this thesis was to determine the impact of technical skills and fitness level on game performance of young football players. I also aim to discover possible differences between the First Team and Future team of SK Slavia Praha (year 2009). Methods: A quantitative research with empirical elements was employed in the practival part of the thesis. The sample consisted of the SK Slavia Praha U11 (10,85±0,24) players (n=29). The level of specific football skills was evaluated with slalom tests and Loughborough Soccer Passing test. The fitness level was measured with linear runs (10 and 20 meters), standing long jump, agility and yo-yo intermittent test. Subjective player rating of their performance was measured using a scale questionnaire for coaches. Results: Performance groups "above-average" and "average" showed a great difference in technical skills in comparison to the performance group "below-average". This was not confirmed in terms of fitness. The results in 10m sprint test, 20m sprint test and agility test were comparable. There was no confirmed difference on the team level in technical skills or fitness between the First Team and the Future team. Conclusion: The questionnaire for coaches...

Urbanec, Matyáš ; Kokštejn, Jakub (advisor) ; Musálek, Martin (referee)
Title: The degree of influence of fitness skills on the game performance of football players aged 15-16. Objectives: Determine the degree of influence of fitness indicators on the game performance of football players (categories U17 and U16). It has been evaluated based on a questionnaire for the coaches. At the same time, the aim is to find out possible differences in fitness indicators between the categories of players U17 and U16 and possible relationships between individual fitness indicators. Methods: The research group included elite players in the U16 (15.27 ± 0.27) and U17 (16 ± 0.38) categories from the FK Dukla Praha club (n = 40). A questionnaire survey and performance measurement using a test battery were chosen as the research methods. The set of tests for evaluating fitness performance included a sprint for 5 m, 10 m and 20 m, agility test 505L and 505P, K-test and test for measuring the strength of the ending with the dominant and non-dominant foot. The questionnaire survey for the head coaches of the categories included 17 closed questions, which were answered using a 7- point rating scale. Results: For performances in fitness tests, there was always a materially significant difference in at least one category between the best and worst rated members in the sprint at 5 meters (g =...
Load comparison between different small sided games in young footballers
Hruška, Radek ; Malý, Tomáš (advisor) ; Kokštejn, Jakub (referee)
Title: Comparing the level of load in different types of small football games in young junior category Objectives: The aim of this diploma thesis is to determine the influence of individual variable parameters (goal of the game, involvement of goalkeepers, involvement of jokers, rules) in small football games (SSG) on external and internal load of players in elite players of category under 14. Methods: The research group consisted of 10 players from the U14 category. Data were recorded using GPSports and a Polar T34. Each of compared small games differed in goal, number of players, rules and size of the playing area. During testing, we measured the total distance (m/min), speed (km / h), heart rate (heart rate/min), acceleration and deceleration (m.s-2 ) and high metabolic load distance (m/min) Results: From the results of the work, we confirmed that the individual SSG formats have different effects on the external and internal load of players. Players ran greater total distances in measured position games, than in games with goalkeepers. While the average maximum speed was very similar in all games, in positional games compared to games with goalkeepers, the players measured a higher average speed. The results further show that the external load on the offensive universal was greater than for...
