Launching and Operating Issues of Supersonic Business Jet
Analysis and Evaluation of the Operating Costs of the Bus Line No. 49 Provided by the Brno Transport Company
Zemanová, Veronika ; Chabičovský, Petr (referee) ; Libertín, Josef (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the problem of operating costs analysis and their evaluation on the bus line No. 49 provided by Brno transport company. The first part is focused on history and current status of the Brno transport company. In the second part the route of the bus line No. 49 and technical parameters of Crossway Low Entry bus are further specified. Finally the thesis describes all costs to ensure the operation of this line.
Analysis transport system in primary agricultural production
Raška, Michal ; Kubín, Karel (referee) ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (advisor)
This thesis presents a comparison of fuel consumption and transportation efficiency of various transport vehicles in primary agricultural production. The first part deals with the possibility of transport of materials in agriculture. The following is a description of the compared vehicles. Finally, it describes the methodology of calculation of fuel consumption vehicles, which are then compared.
Aero Engines for Aircraft up to 2000 kg
Loutocký, Jiří ; Šplíchal, Miroslav (referee) ; Juračka, Jaroslav (advisor)
This bachelor project was created like database of certified aircraft engines for aircraft with 450 - 2000 kg of weight. It is divide into four parts. Each part contains another conception of comparison. First part comprises of list of worldwide successful manufacturers and their products. Second part ranks engines by type of fuel transfer to combustion chamber and charge pressure. Third part compares engines with similar power in tables and in graphs. (Class 100, 200 and 300 horse power). Last part solves selection of most optimal engine in classes 100, 200 and 300 horse power.
Methods of reducing the consumption of modern vehicles
Kubeš, Filip ; Pech, Ondřej (referee) ; Štětina, Josef (advisor)
This thesis summarizes the basic knowledge of thermodynamics of internal combustion engines. Emphasis was put on engine efficiency and engine cycles, described by theoretical and indicator diagrams. It also introduces classification of engine efficiencies, and their respective definitions. The next section focuses on some systems used in modern vehicles, that improves engine efficiency and reduces fuel consumption. Moreover it includes conceptual solutions, that are in preparation for mass production. The last part of this thesis concentrates on economical driving techniques, and reduction of driving resistance. In conclusion, the thesis shows the direction of next development of automobiles.
Advanced Measurement of Motorcycle Fuel Consumption
Šoc, Matěj ; Grochol, David (referee) ; Mrázek, Vojtěch (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with the measurement of fuel consumption, speed and distance. It explains the principles of these measurements. This thesis also describes the design and implementation of a system able to perform these measurements and then analyze them in detail.
iOS Application for Driving Data Extraction and Analysis via OBD-II
Pihrt, Patrik ; Beran, Vítězslav (referee) ; Bobák, Petr (advisor)
This project aims to create a mobile application for iOS devices that provide valuable information about user's car rides. Needed data are obtained by ELM327 located in OBD-II scanner which can communicate with the car. Obtained data are analyzed using table of limits. The application informs riders about their driving mistakes and giving them tips how to fix them. Trips can be saved and exported in the form of logbook. In addition application includes diagnostic functions that can be found in every other diagnostic application.
Mathematical Modelling of Vehicle Fuel Consumption
Dražka, Jan ; Novotný, Jan (referee) ; Popela, Pavel (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with a model building of vehlicle’s model based on real data and with a modelling of it’s movement and it’s fuel consumption. The thesis includes a preparation of input data as well as model building. The main aim of the thesis is the comparison among selected driving modes from the point of fuel consumption and it’s optimization. This comparison is simulated in MATLAB environement and GAMS with the use of selected optimization algorithms.
The influence of three point hitch force effects on selected parameters of tractor sets
Roleček, Jaroslav ; Porteš, Petr (referee) ; Bauer, František (advisor)
The master thesis describes the methodology of laboratory and field measurements of tractors and tractor kits. It also contains graphical and tabular processing of measurement data and subsequent evaluation of the results obtained. It deals with the influence of power in the upper rod of three point hinge on wheel slip, work efficiency and fuel consumption.
The present state and development trends of utility vehicle engines.
