The Business Activity of SITEL, spol. s r.o., on Foreign Markets

This thesis focuses on information and communication technologies using the analysis of the Czech company SITEL, spol. s r.o. The work is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part introduces the basic information, defines the Czech ICT sector, describes the history, development and impact of these technologies and outlines Czech export and import activities. The practical part presents the company SITEL, spol. s r.o., provides basic facts about services and products. A separate chapter describes the international activities of the company. On the basis of the insight into the company's turnover and the SWOT analysis company's business is summarised with the recommendation how to use an advantage of the current situation on the domestic market as well as on foreign markets.
Analysis of export opportunities of the brewery Poutník

The main aim of this thesis is to analyze the brewery Poutník in terms of its foreign trade and possibilities for entering foreign markets. The first part provides the theoretical knowledge of foreign trade, forms of entry into foreign markets and possibilities of export support in the Czech Republic. In the main part there is a characteristic of the brewery Poutník, this part also contains the PEST analysis, the portfolio analysis, the characteristic of selected economic indicators and the SWOT analysis that is form of these analysis. The analysis of potential foreign markets is used in the next part. There are 3 selected states: Slovenia, Italy, Romania. The PEST analysis and the portfolio analysis are provided for each state. Possibilities of export support from the CzechTrade agency, Czech export bank and EGAP are also chosen. At the end of the thesis it was suggested suitable options of the entry to these markets.

The theme of this bachelor thesis is to analyse how the company Asus Computer s.r.o. enters foreign market and how it behaves on it. Exemplary strategy will be shown on Czech market. Thesis is divided into several parts. The first one focuses on the company itself- its history, products and utilization of ecological materials. Then I will continue with characterization of present market of information technologies and with analysis of the position of Asus. In last two parts I will focus on the form of operating on foreign market and on the strategy of the company in the Czech Republic in regard of marketing mix.

It introduces how the company works and it names and evaluates its czech and foreign competition which the company encounters on the market. It also evaluates its present situation, making up the SWOT analysis and proposes the suitable marketing strategy. Furthermore, it is discussing the possibilities of entering the foreign market and chooses the best one for the actual work of the company.
