Building marketing advantage by using aroma marketing in the selected company in tourism

The bachelor thesis deals with the study of the influence of aroma marketing on customers in the restaurant Penzion Pohádka. The data collected from questionnaire survey and observation analyses whether this type of marketing has an impact on customer satisfaction in the restaurant. The main objective of the bachelor thesis is to propose a specific application of aroma marketing in the selected tourism enterprise. The methodology involves a combination of quantitative and qualitative research including questionnaire survey and observation. The resulting findings showed that the aroma of cinnamon positively influences the perception of the restaurant environment, contributes to overall customer satisfaction, increases customer financial spending, increases the time spent in the restaurant and other findings. This work provides new insights into the importance of the influence of aroma in a restaurant establishment that can lead to competitive advantage and customer loyalty to the establishment.

This bachelor thesis explores aroma marketing as an innovative approach to improve the marketing position and competitiveness of a tourism business. The thesis combines theoretical foundations which are then used in the practical part where the effects of cinnamon aroma through diffusers and coffee aroma are tested. A questionnaire survey and emotion analysis using FaceReader were used to assess guest reactions and the influence of scents on the perception of the environment. The purpose of this bachelor's thesis is to assess the benefits and effectiveness of aroma marketing and determine if it has a positive effect on the overall customer experience and ambiance. The results of this study provide valuable information for the business, contributing to creating a competitive advantage.
Possibilities of using artificial intelligence in leisure activities for seniors

It focuses on current applications of AI tools, identifies areas of application, and identifies possibilities for future developments. The thesis includes a research probe that examines seniors' interaction with the artificial intelligence communication tool Bing Copilot and explores how seniors perceive these tools and how they feel when using them. It highlights the importance of ethical considerations when using these tools and adapting their design to the needs and preferences of seniors. The paper also raises the question of developing new theories about human interaction with AI.
Painting with music in Kinderganten

The bachelor's thesis examines the influence of music on the painting activity of children in kindergarten. The aim of the thesis is to investigate how cheerful and sad music affects children and their ability to transfer this music to paper. The theoretical part focuses on the characteristics of preschool age, experiential learning, listening to music and the meaning of colors. The practical part examines the musical and artistic expression of children with a number of experiential activities. Furthermore, it brings concrete procedures and suggestions for the inclusion of painting with serious music in teaching in kindergarten. Data collection methods were based on observation, interviews, reflection, video recordings and analysis of drawings. The main findings of the work analyzes the different reaction of children to a sad and cheerful composition.

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is understand the issues and the burden of caregivers in the home environment. The goal is to find out what services caregivers use, or why they don´t use them. And what services would they possibly use. Whether these social services meet the needs of families. The research was done through semi-structured interviews with caregivers from the small town named Votice.

Bachelor thesis introduces communication method Tiger's world and its usage in kindergarten's environment. Theoretical part of the thesis is based on cognitive, emotional, and social development, communication, and child drawing development in preschool age. It also introduces concept of Communication types and communication method Tiger's world by its respective authors Kamila Kopsová and Petr Kops. Research objective was to find out how can we use Tiger's world method in kindergarten conditions. To fulfill this objective, research interviews were set up with four different lectors of Tiger's world method. Lectors introduced the method, its pros and cons and their own experience with children in preschool age. Interviews are backed by two brief output records created by the author of this thesis.
Child and the loss

The bachelor thesis addresses the issue of loss in the lives of preschool-age children. The theoretical part primarily focuses on the cognitive and emotional understanding of loss during the preschool period of a child. In connection with this, the theoretical section examines the most common losses in the lives of children within the family and preschool context. Additionally, other significant losses that children may encounter during the preschool period are introduced. The goal of the research part is to map the attitudes and experiences of parents and educators in preschools related to the losses that children cope with during this period. This objective will be achieved through qualitative research using semi-structured interviews. The research section also includes proposed activities that can help children recognize their emotions and work with them, assisting them in coping with losses encountered not only in the preschool period.

The outcome of this thesis provides recommendations for its leaders to improve marketing usage in the company.
The relation of emotions and intonation curves

This thesis deals with intonation curves and their relation to human emotions. Besides the theoretical part where you can learn about speech production, signal processing and psychological distribution of emotions, there is also a unique database recorded with the help of two professional actors. The main goal of this thesis is to classify created data using artificial neural networks into four classes. Those classes are anger, joy, boredom and sadness. The practical part was implemented in a programming platform called Matlab using Classification Learner app. Features used for this method were variations of fundamental frequency and MFCC. The results were compared with a listening survey so that it could be determined whether the results provided by neural network are relevant to some kind of a human factor. Success rate of the trained models reached 82 %, new data testing reached 75 %. Listening survey confirmed that the results correspond to the assumption of human perception. Better success rate would be accomplished by using a bigger set of higher quality data.
