Technological stage of the substructure of the Kaskády Hranice apartment building

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of the technological stage of the substructure of the apartment building Kaskády Hranice, which is located in a built-up area of the town of Hranice. The work deals with technological regulations for earthworks and for the construction of foundations. In addition to technological regulations, control and test plans, a time schedule and an item budget are prepared. Furthermore, there is a coordinated situation, a technical report of the construction site equipment, the design of the machine set, the accompanying and summary report, the solution of broader transport relations and safety and health at work.

Constriction-Technological Project of Development Center in Jaroměř

The content of this this diploma thesis is structurally technical project of development center in Jaroměř. The building is situated in a V shape and it consists of two production halls and the projection building. Halls and projection building are conected with a special hall. The building of projection have two floors and halls have one floor. The thesis contains a technical report of the construction-technological project, studies of realization of the main technological stages and report of the building equipment. The thesis also deals with design of the main building machines, report of the drilled piles and theirs inspection and test plan. There is also time and financial plan for individual objects and for the main building object, information about safety and healt protection during work and itemized budget. At least is the study of a green roof.

Theme of the diploma thesis is a construction technology project extension of the building of the Supreme Court of the Czech Republic in Brno. The content of the diploma thesis is the study of the main technological stages of the main building, solution of wider transport relations with a focus on building supply, objects schedule, time schedule of the main building. The work also includes the project of construction site equipment, design of the main construction machines and mechanisms, technological regulations for special foundations and rough construction, which are supplemented by control and test plans and a plan for securing material resources. The bachelor work addresses the construction of Hotel Yazz. This is a new building with 9 floors above ground and one underground floor. Bachelor thesis contains - sheeting, jet grouting, excavation work, based on deep piles, reinforced concrete foundation slab. There are technological prescription - in particular deep piles and jet grouting. It also contains solutions building site,time schedule, situation with the solution of transport routes, itemized budget, machinery for construction, control work preparation and test plan- deep piles, safety and health protection at work.

The pavilion consists of a two-storey ferroconcrete monolithic framework. The thesis contains a technical report of the construction-technological project, a report of the construction site equipment, a traffic stance in the surroundings of the construction site, a solution of traffic alinements for the transport of materials, a design of the main building machines and mechanisms, a plan of health and safety at work, the environmental protection, a timetable, a technological prescription of monolithic structures, a technological prescription of drilled piles, an inspection and test plans, a contract for work, the budget of the gross superstructure and a resource limit.

The bachelor thesis also contains the work safety problems, the building budget, the time plan, the environmental protection.
