This thesis describes the design of a belt conveyor for transport quartz sand. The aim of this work is the calculation of a conveyor belt conveyor belt according to the specified values. Transport capacity 85,000 kg h-1, the specified center distance dunes 49 meters difference in altitude of 9.5 meters. The work includes functional calculation carried out according to ISO 5048, 1994, identifying the main dimensions and design of the actuator. We also design the tensioning device and stress analysis of shaft tensioning drum. Further drawings as required.

This thesis includes analysis of transported material, brief description and distribution of belt conveyors, functional calculation according to standard ČSN ISO 5048, description and selection of components based on calculations, strength check of belt and subsequently driven drum. The thesis is accompanied by the required drawing documentation.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to make design and calculation of belt conveyor for oblique transport of gravel sand fraction 0 - 4 millimetres with the capacity of 70,000 kg per hour, axial distance of 15 m and a slope of 18 °. This thesis includes a brief description of the main parts of the belt conveyor, the functional calculations according to standard ČSN ISO 5048, the determination of the main dimensions, the choice of structural elements, the design of the drive and an overview of manufacturers of similar devices. It is also performed stress analysis of the casing and shaft of the driven drum. To the thesis is attached all the necessary technical drawings and the control calculation of the support pins.

The theme of this bachelor’s thesis is to design the conveyor belt for transporting quartz sand with the capacity of 80,000 kg per hour and axial distance between the drums of 39 meters and height difference of 11 meters. The thesis includes a description of the main parts of the conveyor belt and functional calculation according to standard ČSN ISO 5048 and determination of main dimensions and design of the conveyor drive. Furthermore, the function of the machine is evaluated for different grain and moisture of sand and the tensioning of the belt is solved. Finally the strength calculation is carried out for driving drum. The thesis is accompanied by drawings.

Bachelor thesis focuses on the constructional design of the conveyor belt given over the transport of the rinsed gravel by the assigned parameters. It´s functional calculation according to the norm ČSN ISO 5048 together with ČSN 26 3102 is performed. Bachelor thesis also contains the description of the particular constructional parts, solution of the conveyor belt´s drive, the checking calculation of the frame and a suggestion of the mechanical tightening of the belt. It is introduced a short analysis of the transporting material in the end of this thesis. It is enclosed drawing documentary materials with this thesis.
