Detached family house, Hrabová

This bachelor´s thesis presents the design of a new house focussing on the project documentation for the building realization. The house comprised of one storey and a basement is designed for a family of four. The building is located in a slope terrain in the village Hrabová u Dubicka. Foundation structures are realized with plain concrete continuous footing. Vertical supportive constructions are designed from lost formwork concrete panels and the Liapor blocks. Ceiling constructions are realized with supported reinforced concrete slabs. The building is flat roof. The project documentation is processed with the help of the ArchCAD computer programme.

IN MY DIPLOMA THESIS I ADDRESS THE PROPOSAL TO MUNICIPAL OFFICE IN DUBICKO ON THE LEVEL OF DOCUMENTATION FOR CONSTRUCTION. THE SITE IS ON THE SLOPING LAND, IN THE MIDDLE OF VILLAGE DUBICKO. THE BUILDING IS A DOUBLE-STOREY BUILDING, AND IT IS A PARTLY BASEMENT. FOUNDATION ARE SOLVED BY BASIS STRIPS MADE OF PLAIN CONCRETE. VERTICAL CONSTRUCTIONS ARE MADE OF HOLLOW CLAY BLOCK HELUZ. THE FLOOR STRUCTURE ABOVE THE BASEMENT FLOOR IS MADE OF PRESTRESSED HOLLOW CORE SLAB SPIROLL. THE FLOOR STRUCTURE ABOVE THE 1ST FLOOR, THE ENTRANCE HALL AND CEREMONIAL HALL, IS MADE OF TIMBER GLUED LAMINATED BEAMS. THE FLOOR STRUCTURE ABOVE THE POST OFFICE IS MADE OF PRESTRESSED HOLLOW CORE SLAB SPIROLL. THE ROOF IS HIPPED ROOF. PROJECT DOCUMENTATION IS PROCESSED IN COMPUTER PROGRAM ARCHICAD.
Multifunctional Building in Tabor

The thesis “Multifunctional building in Tábor” is processed in the form of project documentation which comprises of all the requisites required by current regulations. Designed multifunctional building is placed at the site number 1475/1 in Tábor. The building has four floors. There are 18 flats and 4 commercial premises in the facility. Constructional system is made of lime-sand bricks, prestressed concrete ceiling panels, flat roof. Building has a contact thermal insulation system.
Multifunctional building

The assignment of the diploma thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction. It is a detached multifunctional house, which is located on a slightly sloping terrain. The building consists of four floors and is partially basement. In the basement of the building there are mainly storage spaces, which are designed for housing units located on the highest floors. The space of the first two floors consists mainly of commerce and there is a sports shop, massage equipment, hairdresser and office space. The building is based on simple concrete foundation strips. The perimeter masonry of the basement is made up of concrete blocks, which create lost formwork for concrete filling. The load-bearing masonry of the building consists mainly of ceramic blocks. The ceiling structures are made of Spiroll panels, which are complemented by reinforced concrete monolithic slabs. The building is insulated with the Etics contact insulation system. The roof is designed as a single-skin vegetation roof.
Sport hall

The aim of the diploma thesis is to elaborate the project documentation of the sports hall in the town of Bystřice nad Pernštejnem. The object is situated in an area with several other sports grounds. The building is partially basement with one overground floor. On the first floor there is a large and small gym, a fitness room and two massage rooms. There are also changing rooms for guests, staffing facilities, utility room, technical room and office for the managers of the sports hall. The underground floor features a bar with a billiard room and bowling. In the basement is also designed a warehouse, a technical room and separate toilets for men, women and invalids. The construction system of the hall is combined. The hall is based on foundation girders and baseplaces. The perimeter and interior masonry is from the Porotherm system. Pillars are reinforced concrete. The perimeter masonry is complemented by a contact thermal insulation system. The ceilings are designed from Spiroll cavity panels. The roof is designed flat on two levels. The roof above the hall is carried by timber truss girder. The roof above the background carries Spiroll cavity panels.
Apartment building in Brumov-Bylnice

The bachelor’s thesis deals with the design of a new apartment building in the town of Brumov-Bylnice. The apartment building is situated on a slightly sloping plot and is surrounded by housing estates. The building has three floors and is partially basement. In the apartment building there are 11 residential units with layouts of sizes 2+kk, 3+kk and 6+kk, which are located on the upper floors. In the basement there is a technical background of the building. The entrance to the building is possible from the west side. The construction system of the building is designed from ceramic blocks of the Therm type with a certified contact thermal insulation system ETICS. The horizontal load-bearing structures consist of a monolithic reinforced concrete ceiling slab. The house is based on simple concrete foundation strips. The roof structure is designed as a flat single-skin vegetation roof.

The master’s thesis deals with the design of Municipal services building in Žďárná. The building is located in the center of the village Žďárná in the South Moravian region. The building is set in a sloping terrain. Municipal services building is divided into 2 buildings: SO.01 Municipal building and SO.02 Health Center. SO.01 Municipal services building can be divided into two parts – the first part is two-storey with partial basement and it is covered by sloping roof made of wooden trusses. The second part is single storey with partial basement and it is covered with flat roof. SO.02 Health Center has one floor and it is roofed with a flat roof. The building SO.01 Municipal services building is functionally divided into 4 parts – 01 municipal office, 02 hairdresser, 03 post office and 04 garage. The building SO.02 Health Center is functionally divided into 2 parts – 01 pharmacy and 02 doctor’s office. The building is designed as masonry construction. Horizontal load-bearing structure is made of monolithic reinforced concrete ceiling. Each floors and connected by reinforced concrete stairs and by an elevator. The building SO.01 Municipal services building is insulated with contact thermal insulation system. The building SO.02 Health Center has ventilated façade, the insulation is made of mineral wool boards and the cladding is made of compact HPL laminate boards.
Two-generation family house

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of a new two-generation family detached house, which is located in the cadastral area of the municipality Lužice near Hodonín. It is a two-floor building with a partial basement. Parking is available on the paved area next to the building. The house is designed for two four-member families. External walls of above ground floors are constructed from Heluz bricks with contact thermal insulation system. External walls of the underground floor are constructed from concrete blocks of lost formwork, which are also insulated. Ceiling structures are designed from prefabricated Heluz ceiling panels. The building is roofed with gable roof with a sloupe of 30 degrees. The bachelor thesis is elaborated in the form of project documentation for realization of the construction.

Main aim of this master’s thesis is to create a project documentation to conduct construction work on the new building of the kindergarten, which is located in Moravany near Brno. Intention of this work is to create functional dispositional solution for day-to-day operation. Kindergarten is designed for educating and raising up to 40 children. Space for hobby classes is part of the object. This object has two above-ground floors and has no cellar. The load bearing masonry is designed from sand-lime blocks and the whole object will have contact thermal insulation system. The roof is designed as warm flat roof. The floor structures form from prestressed ceiling panels. The staircase is designed as half-turn stair from reinforced concrete. This object is based on the foundation strips.
Kindergarten Dandelion

The Diploma thesis "Kindergarten Dandelion" was made as a project documentation for a building construction. It is a detached building with a rugged design on a large and gently sloping land. Kindergarten is divided into three parts, two one-storey parts and one middle two-storey part. There are two operating units for children, technical and administrative part and separate language classroom. Kindergarten is planed as a masonry building based on strip foundations.
