The master's thesis deals with possible adjustments in the company's inventory replenishment strategy, which are in accordance with the analyzed factors of the external and internal environment of the company and which respond to the problems arising in the input logistics processes in which this strategy is implemented. The proposed strategy adjustments bring a new perspective on inventory management through inventory optimization and categorization according to differentiated inventory management approach, even in relation to inventories that are subject to deterioration.

The work analyzes the current state of the warehousing and the current state of the warehouse using the ABC method and methods of work analysis. Based on the results of these analyzes, a solution is proposed that can optimize warehousing in the selected company.

The first part is focused on a description of the company and a theoretical specification of purchasing of a manufactoring company, the second part deals with an analysis of the current state of purchasing in the company. In the last part there is a suggestion for steps of how to improve the current purchasing functions.

The first part is focused on getting acquainted with the legal regulation of accounting, the creation of internal company directives, inventories, their valuation and accounting. The second part contains an introduction to the company and an evaluation of existing internal guidelines related to the issues addressed. The result of the work is the creation of a comprehensive internal inventory directive.

Bachelor thesis deals with the proposal of improvement of inventory management, storage management and supply logistics. The first part explains the general concepts of the issue of logistics, stock and storage. In the third part the inventory is divided into classes based on their share of total sales with the help of ABC method and XYZ method to remove problems, such as plenty and lack of supplies.
