Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice řízení zásob. Pomocí ABC, XYZ a ABC/XYZ analýzy budou materiálové položky rozděleny do devíti kategorií na základě jejich vlastností jako je důležitost a kolísavost spotřeby. Pro jednotlivé kategorie bude stanovena strategie řízení tak, aby bylo docíleno optimální úrovně zásob, při minimalizaci nákladů a zajištění bezporuchové výroby. The bachelor’s thesis deals with the issue of inventory management. Using ABC, XYZ and ABC / XYZ analysis material items will be divided into nine categories based on their characteristics such as the importance and volatility of consumption. For each category will be defined management strategies so as to obtain optimal inventory levels, while minimizing costs and ensuring trouble-free production.
