The main aim of this master’s thesis is determining the company's value by using yield valuation methods – discounted cash flow (DCF) and economic value addend (EVA) and also by property approach. The theoretical part of the thesis bases on valuation and description of basic methods of valuation. The practical part consists of strategic and financial analysis, and business valuation TOPGEO BRNO, spol. s.r.o. In conclusion is recommendation for the company to maintain its position on the market.
Estimation of the Value of the Firm

This master thesis deals with the estimation of the value of company SCHENKER, spol. s r. o. The income-based methods of discounted cash flow and economic value added were used for the estimation of the value of the company. There are stated theoretical assumptions and the process of estimation of the value of company in the introduction of the work. The practical part consists of strategic, financial, and SWOT analysis of the company. At the end of the work the particular valuation methods are applied and in the conclusion there is reported the statement of value of the company at 31. 12. 2013.

This master's thesis is focused on issue of interdisciplinary subject business valuation. At first is given theoretical knowledge which comprehends essential concepts about business valuation as well as explanation of relevant valuation methods which will be used for the very value estimation. In the second part are executed complex analysis of the company, than are chosen appropriate valuation methods and in conclusion is estimated the final value of the company ZKL Brno, a.s.
Evaluation of the Company Správa nemovitostí Olomouc, a. s.

This Master Thesis deals with the evaluation of the company Správa nemovitostí Olomouc, a. s. as of December 20, 2011.The value of the company was determined based on detail strategic and financial analyses which illuminated the core business and future potential of the company. Results of the analyses and interviews with the management of the company allowed preparing thorough five year financial plan. After the fifth year I have assumed a stable growth. The final value was determined as an average between two income methods, Free Cash Flow to the Firm and Economic Value Added. For comparison I have also prepared a property method valuation using the book value of the company.
Appraisement of enterprise value

The purpose of this text is to estimate the value of Plzeňský Prazdroj, a.s. in order to determine value for yet unknown buyer. Approaches commonly used for appraisement of enterprises' value are used within the text, such as strategic analysis, financial analysis, finacial plan composition and the use of discounted cash flow methods. This thesis results in an appraisement of value of firm's equity on the date of evaluation.
