Strategic analysis

The aim of my thesis is to work out a strategic analysis of an agricultural business in Slovakia. The thesis is divided in two parts. The theoretical basis is described in the first part. The second part is a practical application of theoretic knowledge on the specific company. The conclusion of the thesis includes possibilities of focus of company's next activity that I recommend.

Goal of our work is to introduce analyses, methods and instruments, which we use for strategic analyses of our firm. Furthermore, those instruments we apply on our analyses-tic company; with the help of those instruments and also with financial indicators we can find out not only strong sides and opportunities, but also concentrate on the weak side. At the end of the text will be shown direct proposals and suggestions of our management. That should guarantee next development and planned growth of the company.
