Sports Center

The contents of the diploma thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of a sports center. It´s a building with three floors, ie. two floors and basement. The building has a partial basement. In the building are sports facilities for fitness, squash courts, wellness, office spaces for employees and management. On the ground floor there is also a canteen with operating facilities. The main entrance is located on the west side of the proposed parking lot. The building can be entered on the south and east side of the building through the canteen and a side staircase. A total of seventy-eigth parking places are designed in the center, four of which are for people with reduced mobility and orientation. The building is designed of ceramic bricks with a two–way construkction system and insulated ETICS system. The facade of the building is partly contact and partly ventilated. Elements for green walls are used on the walls. The building is covered with a flat green extensive roof.
Mikulášek Square Brno

The goal of this project is to design Mikulášek Square in Brno - Starý Lískovec as a place of social activities, cultural events and active relaxation in connection with a park and green vegetation. The square is a place of social contact, place of everyday life and cultural events, public, living and generally a busy place. The park is more restful, green and natural place. The park is a green framework of social interaction and rest in the urban surroundings. However, both have something in common. They are the places made artificially for people, the places of intensive life. Without relevant background they are unusable, they have no sense and they are abandoned. The purpose of new Mikulášek Square in Brno - Starý Lískovec was to design a new place as a transitional zone from the rush of public transport to the green park. The square should be a peaceful pedestrian zone with greenery supplemented by the public park with a water area, a café and an active park with multipurpose areas for games and sport activities such as pétanque field and a field for dogs. It is the comprehensive solution for Mikulášek Square with respect for local residents in surrounding blocks of flats, seniors in home for the elderly and children who have no place for their games. The whole area is fully wheelchair accessible. In this part only the sport centre a passageway are described and solved in details.
Sports center

The objective of this thesis is to create the documentation for building construction.Designed building is a sports center, which is used for playing tennis. The project is located in the cadastral Holostřevy, a small village near the town of Plzen. Construction will be visible from the highway D5, which is widely used by German, Austrian and Czech drivers and her attendance and payback will be more effectiv. And the architectural appearance shoud be also contribute. Project documentation has been prepared in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and standards. The building is functionally, operationally and structurally divided into two parts. The first part is called "zázemí" (background). It is the skeleton construction of reinforced concrete with cross reinforced the plate. Packing construction is only between the base and the ceiling and itsn't supporting. In the "zázemí" there are dressing rooms, sanitary facilities, but also a café. The second part is a "hala" (hall). It only serves to playing tennis. The supporting construction is a lamellar wood trusses and central column in "zázemí" supporting it. It is interesting that on the 2nd floor which serves as a grandstand, are formed two parts, one of which serves as an auditorium for interior court and the other as an auditorium for exterior court.
Sports center

This diploma’s thesis deals with the project documentation of a sports center. The building is situated in Hnojník in the Silesia. The building is divided into two basic parts. One part is designated as a background for a local football club and the other part serves as a public hall with three badminton courts including hygienic facilities. The part consisting of the football field and the sports bar has two above-ground floors and the badminton hall with hygienic facilities has one storey.For both parts are used sand-lime bricks and flat roofing. The building is located in a flat terrain.
Sports and Relaxation Centre

Diploma thesis deals with new building sports and relaxation centre. Building is situated near Masaryk university campus in Brno-Bohunice. The building is two-storey, without cellar, set in a slightly sloping terrain at the back of the street Netroufalky. The building has two movement units. One unit contains sports hall and squash court and second unit contains cloakrooms, wellness part and administration. Structural system is cast-in-place concrete with masonry external wall of Porotherm. Internal wall are also from Porotherm. Sports hall with parabolic arch has steel structural system, that isn´t part of project. Curtain wall is covered with lamella Kalzip. Next to the building is parking place for clients.
Sports centre in Velké Meziříčí

The subject of this diploma thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of a new sports center with a specialization in the field of health technology. The building will be located in the town of Velké Meziříčí, on the street Školní and will be located on the plot 5917/16 with a total area of 17 820,2 m2. The total built-up area of the proposed building is 919,88 m2. The object is designed as stand-alone. It has a ragged shape, which consists of three adjoining rectangles, has two above ground floors with a partial basement. The building will be based on concrete foundation girders. The support system is chosen as a brick longitudinal with reinforcing walls. Perimeter masonry will be designed from cut ceramic blocks in above-ground floors and lost formwork in the basement. The ceiling structure consists of prestressed ceiling panels. The entire building is designed with a ventilated facade of two types of cement-bonded slabs. The grille of the ventilated facade will be made of glass fiber fiberglass. The roof of the building is designed as flat single-skinned. The building is designed for sports, including a sports bar and a clubhouse, which are open to the general public. There are 40 parking spaces, of which 3 for people with reduced mobility. During processing the emphasis was put on the appropriate layout, building-technical and architectural design and safe use of the building.

This Diploma thesis „Sports centre“ was made as a documentation for a building construction. The object of the sports centre is designed for 337 people and consists of two above-ground floors sports hall itself and joined one above-ground floor restaurant. It is detached building. Building is designed in slightly sloping terrain. The sports centre is located on the outskirts of city named Odry, within walking distance of residential buildings. The sports hall is divided into sections for athletes and referees, part for employees and parts for the public. The restaurant has own entrance from the western side of the building and is functionally connected to sports hall. The restaurant is further divided into units for the public and for the staff. The construction system of the sports hall is made of a prefabricated skeletal system based on baseplaces and a filling wall on the strip foundations, the restaurant is only bricked and based on the base on the strip foundations.

The design emphasizes the layout, including the provision of structures for the static, architectural, fire safety, energy savings and safety while using the object. Goal of master thesis was design of sports center in microregion Ivancice. Absence of similar establishment in locality was taken into account during project. Complex includes squash courts, sauna, 2 swimming pools and snack-bar. Whole complex is designed as 3 connected single storey buildings from prefa concrete structures with vegetation roofs. Light steel panels are used on outer walls.
NEW ON THE „OLD“ – Brno, Bratislavská - Stará Corner

The project is composed of three buldings, with opened corner, creating public space southly. Northern part is created by green courtyard. The main five-storey building offers student housing, with the possibility to transform the student apartments into apartments for couples or young families. Parter this object lines ground floor building of a grocery store. The following dancing or sports center, with glass facade into a new square, equipped by shielding elements in form of vertical wooden slats, offers three halls. Parking is solved by an automatic car parking system, with parking spaces for residents and the public. Construction of the car parking system is 3 meters below ground courtyard.
