Proposal of a Business Strategy for a Real Estate Agency

This thesis, entitled "Proposal for a real estate agency business strategy", deals with the theory and practice of strategic management. The theoretical part deals with the establishment of an SME, a successful business plan assumptions and modern management methods. This part describes the process of implementing a strategic analysis of business which introduces the optimal strategy. The practical part is analyzing specific newly formed company, which is a comprehensive strategic analysis conducted both his surroundings, and the government's socio-economic environment, including Porter's competitive forces model, both strategic analysis is also subject to internal company environment. Based on the lessons learned is a SWOT analysis provided. The main contribution of my work is a comprehensive proposal of the optimal strategy for the company in the future. The conclusion evaluates the effect of foundation of the business.
Organization of real estate agencies and their activities

My thesis is called Estate agencies organization and work of the agencies. It concentrates on estate agencies' activity on Czech estate market and on the ways how the agencies are organised. I created a questionnaire based on my theoretical knowledge and having considered the results I am suggesting some changes so that the current situation could be improved.
Advertising for the newly established Real Estate Agency

The aim of the thesis is to find and propose appropriate advertising for the company Czech world of estates, Ltd. The theoretical part is there in order to explain all the connections to our issue. The core of the thesis is the practical part where the company is described and further analyzed by the survey. The results of the questionnaire are always clearly displayed in graphs . The result of the thesis is a design of an appropriate advertising for the company, including the financial remuneration.

The Basic Legal Issues of the Real Estate Practice

rea of real estate practice is extremely extensive and real-estate market as a whole conceals and connects many scientific disciplines that reflect and contribute to its functioning. Differentiating market and curiosity, whether existing legislation reflects the current need for real estate market in the Czech Republic, played an important role in choosing the theme of my final thesis. I performed an analysis of adjustments related to business in real estate activities. With a view to these facts has been made establishment, that the current legislation appears to be "totally inadequate". It does not define any criteria that would select those in participating in the property market in Czech Republic. The only solution to this absurd situation of trade law is an amendment or other legislation to ensure the entry of new players on the real estate market, provided proof of professional competence and moral integrity, or the introduction of compulsory licenses in real estate activity, which should lead to an overall improvement in the real estate market - not only commercially and ehically.
Proposal of Measures for Improving the Quality of Services in the Area of the Facilitation of Real Estate Trading

The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyse development in arranging of the real estate transactions in the Czech Republic after 1989 and describe contemporary condition. Contemporary condition was analysed as unsatisfactory. There does not exist any law that would regulate real estate market, neither is there a duty to proof a professional training or ability for the business. Real estate agencies do not have a good reputation in the Czech Republic and with many citizens they are unfavourable. As a reaction upon contemporary unsatisfactory situation, the Economic Bureau of the Czech Chamber of Deputies elected an operative group that is supposed to maintain a survey of the contemporary situation in the real estate market and suggest possible solutions. This work aims also to analyse the suggested solutions and to supply solutions that would be missing.

The objective of diploma thesis is to comprare if management work and selection of new colleagues is corresponding with specializaded literature. The theoretical part deals with basic concepts from the area of management, selection new employees and real estate market. Over the three different studies (questionaries, personal interwiev and work experiens) in the practical part, I made the colletion of date, analysis and evaluation. At the end of the work, I made assessment theoretical and practical part, my self recommendation and conclusions of the diploma thesis. Including diploma thesis is manual for collection of new staff in real estate market.
