The theme of this thesis is to define of the enterprise‘s business aim and apply it to concrete business plan. The first part of this thesis concludes an entry to the sector of small and middle-sized enterprises; there are definitions of specific attributes of these enterprises, their advantages and disadvantages, and their importance for an economy. In next part of thesis influences affected enterprise are analysed. Thesis includes proposal for development of the company based on specific advantages and suppresed the most significant threats. Final part of thesis contents processing of business plan for established small-sized enterprice.

Natural Gas Market in the Czech Republic - Retail Trade Segment and its Effective and Acquisition Channels

The topic of the final thesis is a marketing analysis of the situation on the natural gas market in the Czech Republic, retail trade segment, including the development since its liberalization by the present time and future perspectives. Based on a market analysis an optimized model of company’s marketing strategy is developed, as opposed to its current marketing strategy. The optimized model focuses primarily on effectivization of acquisition channels of direct sale and aims at widening the customer portfolio, i.e. taking up a bigger market share and better utilization of the company’s dispositions.

This Master‘s Thesis is focused on the analysis of the company Kovolit. It is a joint-stock company, which is engaged in industrial production - smithery, foundry. The aim of my thesis is to analyze a company and propose appropriate solutions to improve the situation. Among the analysis include: internal and external environment, Porter's model, fundamental and financial analysis. Lastly, the SWOT analysis. Before practical part is the theoretical section, witch includes the characteristics of these analysis. The outcomes are proposals to improve the efficiency, effectiveness and financial situation.

This master thesis deals with a proposal of a business plan for an expansion of the business of an entrepreneur, who is doing business in a field of domestic freight transport. The thesis is divided into three parts, in the first part are theoretical bases necessary for a processing of the given issue, second part deals with analyzes of internal and external environment of the company and in the last third part is created the business plan itself.

Business Plan for the Wellness Centre Establishment

The subject of this thesis is to build a business plan to establish a wellness centre. The wellness centre will be located in Slavkov u Brna and the main services that will be offered include massages, thermal baths, sauna and body treatments. Part of the business plan is to analyse the surroundings, the staffing and marketing and financial plan. A business plan serves as the basis for a decision on the project implementation.
