Emulator for Intelligent Home End Stations
Šutovský, Filip ; Košař, Vlastimil (referee) ; Korček, Pavol (advisor)
This thesis deals with design and implementation of an application emulating end stations in intelligent home system, which are used to measure physical quantities and interact with switches. Application has a comprehensive graphical user interface developed in programming language Java, which allows testing of other system layers and recording of statistical data about emulation contributing to system analysis.
Programming of Networking Applications on Different Platforms
Vach, Martin ; Čejka, Rudolf (referee) ; Matoušek, Petr (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is compare the network communication protocols and their implementations on different platforms. In the work are described the used communication protocols and the possibilities of their implementation in different programming languages. There are described procedures for implementation of network communication on the demonstration application and testing of these implementations. Based on the results of testing, are the communication protocols and their implementations compared.
Digital Clock to be set using the NTP Protocol
Vykydal, Lukáš ; Provazník, Ivo (referee) ; Sekora, Jiří (advisor)
The goal of this work is the principle of NTP synchronization and required level of network communication. In the second part the work describes design of digital clock which is synchronized using this technique. That way we achieve automatic time adjustment and keeping the time within reasonable error.
Implementation of ethernet communication inteface into FPGA chip
Skibik, Petr ; Fujcik, Lukáš (referee) ; Bohrn, Marek (advisor)
The thesis deals with the implementation of Ethernet-based network communication interface into FPGA chip. VHDL programming language is used for description of the hardware. The interface includes the implementation of link-layer Ethernet protocol and network protocols such as IPv4, ARP, ICMP and UDP. The final design allows bi-directional communication on the transport-layer level of TCP/IP model. The designed interface was implemented into Virtex5 FPGA chip on development board ML506 by Xilinx.
Ethernet Interface Module on FITkit Platform
Šoustar, Jiří ; Vašíček, Zdeněk (referee) ; Šimek, Václav (advisor)
This graduation thesis is aimed at design and implementation of embedded systems, network communication and support of the network communication for embedded systems. Furthermore it introduces school platform FITkit and offers a conceptional extension of the network interface for this platform based on Ethernet network standard. Based on that conception I'm trying to find and describe suitable solution for FITkit platform which realizes a network interface as a form of extension module capable of development supporting.
Data Collecting Application in Wireless Sensor Network for Measuring Relative Humidity of Air
Procházka, Stanislav ; Macháň, Ladislav (referee) ; Jaroš, David (advisor)
The master work is focused on the design and implementation of two parts of the system for measuring temperature and relative humidity. The system for measuring temperature and relative humidity consists of a network of wireless sensors, a ISM/Wifi converter and application which will collect, analyze and archive data. The design and implementation of ISM/Wifi converter as well as the design and implementation of application are described in this work. ISM/Wifi converter will be able to communicate with the network of wireless sensors through ISM/Wifi protocol and end device (the device with Android operating system) by means of IEEE 802.11 protocol. The application will be able to evaluate, to save and to present user the received data very clearly.
Network Protocol Analyzer
Pšorn, Daniel ; Žádník, Martin (referee) ; Tobola, Jiří (advisor)
Object of this thesis is to find the way how to program network protocol analyzer on the highest level of ISO/OSI model. We need to use some of the methods for detection of application protocols. The software described in this thesis uses traditional application level traffic identification method and signature-mapping-based method. Basic platform is FreeBSD operating system. Programming language is C using libpcap library.
Web Interface for Multimedia Demo
Šerý, Radek ; Beran, Vítězslav (referee) ; Polok, Lukáš (advisor)
Nowadays, there are many multimedia applications, which are usually inaccessible. These applications are often generated in closed communities, such as on universities as diploma thesis. The objective of this work is to create a web interface which will allow access to these multimedia applications, whose authors decided to display the app on the website. Part of the solution will be SDK, enabling developers to make their applications accessible from web.
Network Game: Destroy the Submarine
Kovačič, Dušan ; Herout, Adam (referee) ; Szőke, Igor (advisor)
The goal of this bachelor's thesis Network game: Destroy the submarine is to analyze and implement network architecture and solve all the problems connected with it. In final version, the created program uses client-server network architecture. Both subjects are communicating with complex network protocol. For effective data the virtual connection over UDP protocol is established. Minor part of this study solves graphical problems and received data displaying. For this purpose, there are different frequenc ies used for data handlings and techniques that provide better game experience.
Network Communication Analysis for Mobile Application Profiling
Meluš, Matej ; Matoušek, Petr (referee) ; Burgetová, Ivana (advisor)
Goal of this thesis was to create profiles of mobile applications based on their network communication, which is stored in created data sets. For this purpose, a tool that can extract profiles from data sets was created. Profiles contain JA3 fingerprints, IP addresses and hostnames, that are associated with specific application based on number of occurrences in data sets. Unmodified profiles describe importance of individual identifiers used by application in network communication. Modified profiles can be used to identify application in network traffic.
