This bachelor's thesis addresses the issue of labor relations in terms of optimizing labor costs. The theoretical part explains the fundamentals of labor relations in legal, economic, accounting and tax concepts. The analytical part focuses on a specific problem of an employer with understaffing issues. Based on the acquired knowledge in the theoretical and analytical parts, employers are presented with recommendations so they may solve the defined problem.

Bachelor thesis deals with the issue of labour relations in terms of the optimization of the labor costs that are related to employment of new staff. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the basic concepts in labor relations. Analytical part aims to analyze payroll costs on the basis of our chosen company and selects the most suitable solution to optimize payroll costs when creating new working positions.

The bachelor's thesis deals with labor law relations, specifically the origins of employment relationship in accordance with the legal provisions in force in the territory of the Czech Republic. The objective of the bachelor thesis is to propose a solution to the problem, which is related to the lack of employees. More precisely, to optimize the number of employees and the associated payroll costs. On the basis of the analytical part, measures to optimize the number of employees and optimize wage costs will be proposed to the employers.

The bachelor thesis deals with employment relations, specifically focuses on the personal costs of the selected employer. The purpose of this thesis is to optimize these costs. The theoretical part explains the relationship between the employer and the employee. The next part is devoted to the analysis of the current state of remuneration of employees and the analysis of contributions from the Labor office. In conclusion there are proposed optional solutions that lead to economic and tax savings.

It includes an introduction to Jednota, a consumer cooperative in Hodonín, especially with the course of the creation of a labor-law relationship, and compares the benefits provided with the competition.

It assesses the current situation of the employer, which is related to the purchase of employees from the labor agencies. As a result of commission payments, there is an increase in costs for the employer. The thesis is dedicated to optimizing the costs associated with human resources. It will also detects whether the employer is entitled to one of the contributions under the active employment policy.

Comparison of labor taxation of employees and employers' costs in the Czech Republic and Poland

The theme of the thesis is the comparison of taxation of labor costs of employees and employers in the Czech Republic and Poland. Work is an important factor of production and labor costs, their amount and structure, along with the rate of labor taxation, is an important factor affecting each economy. The benefit of the thesis is the comparison of tax systems, selected macroeconomic indicators, tax rates and labor costs and unit labor costs in both compared countries. The subject of the thesis is the comparison of the costs of employers and the rate of taxation of employees' work. The main objective is to assess whether the joint States through a common trend in the development of labor taxation. The aim of the thesis is divided into several sub-objectives and is used to compare basic macroeconomic indicators, labor cost and unit labor costs and compare the nominal rate of taxation, the rate of effective taxation and effective taxation in both countries. Theoretical knowledge is used to analyze developments and changes in selected macroeconomic indicators. Statistical data are drawn from OECD and Eurostat databases.
