Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou pracovněprávních vztahů z hlediska optimalizace mzdových nákladů. Teoretická část definuje podstatné pojmy pracovněprávních vztahů ze stránky právní, ekonomické, účetní a daňové. V analytické části je popsán problém zaměstnavatele, který se týká nedostatku zaměstnanců. Na základě získaných znalostí v teoretické a analytické části jsou zaměstnavateli následně předloženy návrhy s účelem vyřešení vymezeného problému. This bachelor's thesis addresses the issue of labor relations in terms of optimizing labor costs. The theoretical part explains the fundamentals of labor relations in legal, economic, accounting and tax concepts. The analytical part focuses on a specific problem of an employer with understaffing issues. Based on the acquired knowledge in the theoretical and analytical parts, employers are presented with recommendations so they may solve the defined problem.
