Identificators hypokinetic load by driving
Tluchořová, Terezie ; Jelen, Karel (advisor) ; Lopot, František (referee)
Title: Hypokinetic load Identificators by driving vehicle Objectives: Development and testing of methods for determining changes in the mechanical parameters of the axial system of professional long-distance drivers. Design and testing procedure for clinical and physical examination sensitive to changes, that occur due to vibration and static load when driving the truck. Methods: TVS method, morphology of the spine, measurement of vibration exposure Results: TVS method that was used in the thesis has proved to provide information on the resonant frequency of the resonant frequency and the total attenuation of the spine with sufficient precision to ride their influence was clearly identifiable. Used accelerometer measurement of oscillations vibrational excitation spine has also proved applicable and provides objective parameters. Keywords: TVS method, vibration, hypokinesia, acceleration, driving, LBP
Effect of breathing training and DNS on lower esophageal sphincter and back pain in patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease
Jandáková, Vladana ; Mádle, Kateřina (advisor) ; Babková, Lenka (referee)
This thesis focuses on lower esophageal sphincter and low back pain in patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). Common etiological factor of both GERD and low back pain frequently present in GERD patients is diaphragm dysfunction. Diaphragm fulfils respiratory, postural and sphincter functions, all these functions are interrelated which we benefit from in therapy. Theoretical section presents anatomy of the esophagus, upper and lower esophageal sphincters, diaphragm, follows etiology, diagnostic methods and treatment of GERD and LBP as well as common therapeutical approach by means of postural and respiratory physiotherapy. Basic principles of Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization and Respiratory muscle training are presented and their use in the treatment of GERD and LBP. Practical section contains a case study of a patient diagnosed with GERD, kinesiological analysis, high resolution manometry of esophagus and therapy focused on diaphragm activation achieved by improving trunk stabilization and by optimising patient's breathing stereotype.
Monitorovací systém laboratória založený na detekcii tváre
Gvizd, Peter
In the last decades there has been such a fundamental development in the technologies including technologies focusing on face detection and identification supported by computer vision. Algorithm optimization has reached the point, when face detection is possible on mobile devices. At the outset, this work analy-ses common used algorithms for face detection and identification, for instance Haar features, LBP, EigenFaces and FisherFaces. Moreover, this work focuses on more up-to-date approaches of this topic, such as convolutional neural networks, or FaceNet from Google. The goal of this work is a design and its subsequent im-plementation of an automated, monitoring system designated for a lab, which is based on aforementioned algorithms. Within the design of the monitoring system, algorithms are compared with each other and their success rate and possible ap-plication in the final solution is evaluated.

Detection of Wanted People in Video
Bažout, David ; Musil, Petr (referee) ; Beran, Vítězslav (advisor)
The aim of this work is to create a software tool for searching of wanted people in video recordings from surveillance cameras. Wanted people are identified to the system using multiple facial photos. The output consists of information on the occurrence of wanted persons in specific frames. The problem consists of face detection and its subsequent identification task. Experiments with existing approaches on appropriate datasets provide relevant comparisons of method performance under different conditions. Appropriate methods and their optimal settings for this particular task are chosen according to the results of the experiments. The thesis also deals with the design of suitable architecture, research of existing libraries implementing the tested methods and other ways of optimizing the calculation. The result is the implementation of a user application that meets the specified parameters. The application's functionality has been tested on the own dataset simulating real-world conditions.
Face Features Extraction Methods
Adamček, Ľubomír ; Orság, Filip (referee) ; Goldmann, Tomáš (advisor)
The face has been one of the most attractive available human biometries for a long time due to it's easy and convenient way to obtain it. Possibilities of it's utilization are broad - from security, through monitoring up to enternainment industry. This work presents the domain of face biometry and analyses 3 extraction methods of facial features - PCA, LBP and HOG. A part of this work is also an efficient implementation of these algorithms including GUI designed to experiment with this implementation and to evaluate its performance on a set of images capturing people in various conditions.
Vehicle On-Board Camera Analysis
Kadeřábek, Jan ; Bartl, Vojtěch (referee) ; Špaňhel, Jakub (advisor)
This thesis focuses on analysis of video from vehicle on-board camera. During the process of analysis, probihibitory traffic signs are detected and their specific type is classified. For recognized speed limit signs, their numeric value is extracted. From the processed information, it will try to create a file containing the unique occurrences of traffic signs including their GPS coordinates. For the purpose of detection and recognition of traffic signs, several data sets were created. A~cascade classifier with LBP features is used as a detector. Classification of the type and value of traffic signs is done using the k-Nearest Neigbour method.
Pelvis position in 3D space and its influence of stages of pregnancy
Vosátková, Marie ; Jelen, Karel (advisor) ; Hendl, Jan (referee)
Title: Pelvis position in 3D space and its infuence of stages of pregnancy Summary: The aim of this master thesis is to evaluate changes of the pelvis position of women during pregnancy and if these changes influence the LBP during gravidity. The research is based on the summary of theoretical findings about the issue of changes during pregnancy which could be responsible for the LBP. The main topics of this part of thesis are anatomy and kinesiology of pelvis, functional vertebral disorders, LBP in gravidity, physiological and biomechanical changes during pregnancy, definition of 3D space with connection to human body and introduction of the 3D kinematic analysis. 10 (9) pregnant women in the age of 26-35 years was evaluated in 3rd , 5th and 8th month of gravidity. The pelvis position in 3D space was objectified with the Qualisys technology and the LBP and the PGP with subjective evaluation of the VAS. LBP was found in 7 of 10 and PGP in 3 of 10 evaluated pregnant women. Our findings show the tendency to the change of the pelvis position in the sagittal plane in the direction of the forward tilt. In our group of evaluated woman was found the connection between the absolute change of the pelvis position in the sagittal plane and the LBP and the PGP during pregnancy, but to define clear and...
