Author: Jan Dudek Title: Case study of Physiotherapeutic Treatment of a Patient Diagnosed with Nervus Peroneus Communis Paresis Aims: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to summarize the theoretical information about the diagnosis of peroneal paresis and to create a case study of physiotherapeutic care of a patient with peripheral paresis of the nervus peroneus communis followed up by an evaluation of the effect of therapy. Methods: In the general part of the thesis, the problems of peripheral paresis are summarized on the basis of the literature cited below, with a focus on rehabilitation procedures. The special part presents a case report of a patient with peripheral paresis nevus peroneus communis and the processing of the information obtained from it. Svatava Neuwirthová Title: A case report of physiotherapeutic care for a patient with Parkinson's disease Objectives: The main objective of this bachelor thesis i to process a case study of a ptient diagnosed with Parkinson's disease in the special part and in the theorethical part to provide information about this diagnosis, particularly focusing on etiopathogenesis, diagnosis ant treatment. Methods: The general part includes theoretical information about Parkinson's disease concerning clinical presentation, ethiopathogenesis, pathophysiology, diagnostic options and teratment, including rehabilitation. The special part contains the case report of the patient, whoch was developer during the bachelor's internship at the Nemocnice milosrdných sester svatého Karla Boromejského. Results: The objectives of both the theorethical and special parts were fulfilled. Conclusion: Based on the evaluation of the therapy's efect, it can be stated that physiotherapeutic care was succesful because it had a partially positive impact on the patient's condition. Author: Adriana Ondrášková Supervisor: PhDr. Ivana Vláčilová, Ph.D. Title: A case report of physiotherapy care of a patient diagnosed with congestive heart failure and implantation of HeartMate 3 LVAD Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to theoretically process the information related to the diagnosis of heart failure and implantation of HeartMate III and to record the course of physiotherapeutic care of a patient with this diagnosis. Methods: The case report of physiotherapeutic care of the selected patient was prepared during the concurrent professional practice at the Institute of Clinical and Experimental Medicine in Prague. The theoretical part is devoted to information and knowledge about the diagnosis of heart failure and implantation of HeartMate III. To write the special section, a anamnesis was first taken and an initial kinesiology examination was performed. Based on the examination, a short-term and long-term therapeutic plan was written. A total of 10 therapeutic units were performed with the patient. After comparing the initial and final examinations, the effect of therapy was evaluated. Author: Tereza Moravkova Supervisor: PhDr. Lenka Zakova, Ph.D. Title: Case report of physiotherapeutic care of a patient with a diagnosis of knee replacement Objectives: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to elaborate a case report of physiotherapeutic care of a patient diagnosed after knee TEP. At the same time, elaboration of the theoretical knowledge of the diagnosis and discussion of its treatment from the perspective of physiotherapy. Methods: I worked on the case report in the period 9.1. - 19.1.2024 at the workplace of CLPA s.r.o. In total, I completed 10 therapies with the patient, the first therapy being the initial kinesiological analysis. In the theoretical part, theoretical information concerning anatomy and kinesiology of the knee joint, osteoarthritis and its treatment, discussion of total knee replacements and the method of surgery are presented. Finally, a look at rehabilitation approaches after knee replacement surgery at the level of Evidence Based Medicine Results: The patient's physiotherapy care was uneventful. During the rehabilitation stay at CLPA, the patient's condition was positively affected. Michaela Stupková Title: Case study of physiotherapy care for a patient after total knee arthroplasty Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to elaborate theoretical knowledge regarding total knee joint endoprosthesis and discuss its treatment from the prespective of physiotherapy. At the same time, elaborate the course of physiotherapy care for the patient with this diagnosis. Methods: The thesis was divided into a theoretical and a special part. The theoretical part is devoted to information and knowledge about the diagnosis of total knee arthroplasty. In a special part, a case report of physiotherapy care of a selected patient from concurrent professional practice at the Nemocnice Vršovice in Prague was recorded. In a special part, the initial kinesiology examination, the course of 9 therapeutic units with the patient, the final kinesiology examination and finally the effect of the therapy is evaluated. Results: The patient's physiotherapy care was without complications. During 9 therapies, the patient's condition improved. More detailed results of the therapy are written in the chapter entitled evaluation of the effect of the therapy. Support of gifted pupils in a primary school - a case study

This diploma thesis deals with the possible ways in which the education of gifted pupils can be organized. In the theoretical part, the concept of giftedness is defined from the point of view of official school documents. The next chapter is devoted to the characteristic manifestations of gifted students, on the basis of which it is possible to identify them. The key part is the chapter presenting an overview of possible adjustments to the teaching process, which can be used to adjust the teaching of gifted students. This part is followed by a chapter proposing systemic measures for the support of gifted pupils that operate in the Czech Republic. A case study of the 1st grade of a private primary school is processed, which captures the process of finding optimal ways to support gifted students, the result of which is an action plan for changes in the monitored area. Methods of analysis of school documents, semi- structured interviews with teachers and school management, evaluation and reflection were used for processing. Title: Case study of physiotherapeutic care for a patient diagnosed with total knee arthroplasty. Aims: The aim of this bachelor thesis is the theoretical elaboration of osteoarthritis issues focusing on the knee joint and the indication for total knee arthroplasty, as well as the processing of a case study of physiotherapeutic care for a patient with this diagnosis and the evaluation of the therapy provided. Methods: The general part was elaborated through a review of theoretical foundations regarding osteoarthritis issues and the indication for total knee arthroplasty. Theoretical aspects covered in detail include the anatomy of the knee joint, definitions of osteoarthritis, its pathokinetic consequences for movement, clinical examination, osteoarthritis treatment, indications for total knee arthroplasty, as well as physiotherapeutic methods and procedures used for this diagnosis. The special part includes a case study of patient M.S. diagnosed with status post-implantation of total knee arthroplasty of the left knee joint. Petra Reckziegelová Title: Case report of physiotherapeutic care of a patient after total knee arthroplasty Objectives: The goal of this work was to create a case study of physiotherapeutic care for a patient after total knee arthroplasty, present facts concerning the theoretical background related to gonatrosis, total knee arthroplasty and description of physiotherapeutic care for such a patient. Methods: In the theoretical part of the thesis, I summarize the facts regarding the basic anatomy of the knee joint and its kinesiology. I present the topic of gonarthrosis, total knee arthroplasty and rehabilitation. A special part of the work includes a case study of a patient, which was carried out at the Beroun Rehabilitation Hospital between January and February 2024. At the beginning of the therapy, the patient's medical history was taken and an initial kinesiological examination was carried out, on the basis of which short-term and long-term rehabilitation goals were developed. V Abstrakt Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po reverzní totální endoprotéze ramenního kloubu. Cíl práce: Cílem této práce je teoretické zpracování problematiky reverzní náhrady ramenního kloubu a vytvoření kazuistiky fyzioterapeutické péče o pacientku s touto diagnózou, včetně zhodnocení efektu terapie. Metoda: Teoretická část této práce pojednává o reverzní artroplastice ramenního kloubu, její problematice a následné rehabilitaci. Praktická část je založena na kazuistice pacientky s touto diagnózou. Kazuistika je výsledkem mé klinické stáže v Medicentru Praha, a.s., kde jsem měl možnost pracovat s pacientkou po dobu 10 po sobě jdoucích terapeutických jednotek. Jako součást praktické části této práce bylo provedeno komplexní vstupní kineziologické vyšetření spolu s popisem denní terapie, výstupním kineziologickým vyšetřením a následným shrnutím a hodnocením terapeutického účinku. Výsledky: Spolupráce mezi mnou a pacientkou trvala přesně 10 pracovních dní. Za tuto dobu pacientka dosáhla zvýšení rozsahu pohybu spolu se zvýšením svalové síly, zmírnění bolesti, a také získání patřičné soběstačnosti po relativně čerstvé operaci.
