The individual methodologies from the physiotherapy that may be applied in different combinations during the medial rehabilitation procedures in order to achieve the best possible effects are analysed in more detail. It describes basic anatomy relations concerning different shoulder girdle as well as their important interconnection and efficiency of movement in a whole plait, biomechanics and kinesiology. Purpose of this thesis, in the theoretical section, is to present a summary based on available literature and resources about this diagnosis and comprehensive procedures compendium. In the practical section this knowledge has been utilized during the treatment of two patients. Furthermore, the comparison of conservative approach and operative solution has been presented.
Physiotherapy after breast surgery

The aim of this work is to describe the issue of breast cancer surgery and the role of physiotherapy in this area. The theoretical part describes basics of breast anatomy, defines breast carcinoma, its diagnosis, risk factors, types, ways of spreading and symptoms of the disease. For the prevention and treatment of postoperative complications is crucial early and long-term physiotherapy of the patients. Next chapter describes the objectives of physiotherapy, kinesiological analysis of patients and most frequently used therapeutic techniques. The last chapter deals with the psychological aspect of therapy and confirms the significant influence of psychic on the results of treatment and on the quality of life of the patients. The practical part aims to analyze the physical condition of the patients after breast surgery and to evaluate the effect of physiotherapy on the course of treatment and prevention of postoperative complications. The second objective was to determine the level of awareness of breast cancer patients and possible postoperative complications. In order to meet the goals, the case studies of two patients who underwent a breast rescue operation with several sub- nodal nodes were processed. Physical therapy of peripheral lesions in childhood

The work describes the types of peripheral nerve lesions, their causes and therapy. It is concerned mainly with physical therapy but other means of rehabilitation and surgical therapy are mentioned too. In terms of physical therapy it describes electrotherapy, mechanotherapy, thermotherapy and hydrotherapy, phototherapy and balneotherapy. Separately it describes the therapy of Bell's palsy and postpartum paresis of brachial plexus. The mentioned polyneuropathies are polyradiculoneuritis and hereditary polyneuropathy. Title: Case Study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with the diagnosis of distorsio articularis talocruralis pedis l. dx gravis Summary: The aim of this thesis is to introduce readers to the topic of physiotherapy sessions at diagnosis ankle sprains. The general described the anatomy and biomechanics of the foot, with a focus on the ankle joint. Injuries of the ankle will focus on the distortion. It is here described mechanism of injury, classification, clinical presentation and diagnosis. The general conclusion of the thesis describes the methods and therapeutic procedures and physical therapy to help the patient to full recovery. A special part is prepared on the basis of patient case studies. They also described individual therapy in the treatment. Using means of physical therapy to influence spasticity from the physiotherapist 's point of view

The theme of the bachelor thesis is using means of physical therapy to influence spasticity from the physiotherapeutist's point of view. Theoretical part describes upper motor neuron syndrome and spasticity as one of its symptoms. Further it states methods of evaluation and options of influence of spasticity including latest research methods. Separate chapter is dedicated to the physical therapy, its impact on human organism and means used to treat spasticity. In the practical part the influence of cryotherapy on spasticity of upper limb of two patients after brain injury is examined. Efficiency is measured by Tardieu scale and goniometry. Main contribution of the thesis lies in gathering and analyzing of present findings, mainly on the field of physical therapy. Occurence of work-related musculoskeletal disorders among physiotherapists

Name of the thesis: Occurence of work-related musculoskeletal disorders among physiotherapists Objective: The objective of this thesis is to determine the prevalence of work-related muskoloskeletaldisorders among physiotherapists in Czech Republic in the past 12 months, based on data acquired from a random sample of physiotherapists. Methods: The acquisition od data was done via self filled questionnaire which was inspired by WRMDs prevalence questionnaire from Kuwait made in 2010 and a WRMDs prevalence questionnaire from Nigeria made in 2008. Both previously mentioned questionnaires were based on the Standardized Scandinavian Musculoskeletal Questionnarie. In the questionnaire, closed, semi-closed and open questions were used. The questionnaire could bef illed in its printed form or electronically, depending on respondents' preferences. The sample comprised of 110 respondents. The data obtained from the questionnaire was processed via SPSS statistical program and charts made in Microsoft Excel 2007. Findings: The data obtained from the questionnaire revealed that the prevalence of WRMDs samong physiotherapists in Czech Republic in the past 12 month swas 65,5%.
